Good quality and good service, good image and easy to use

I like the Arlo 4 camera. It has a good picture. I have a few Arlo products and for the most part they are very good. However, it is always a challenge to get it connected to the wifi network. Eventually, they all connected but never on the first (or second) try. Only other problem is the latency. It is 5-10 seconds behind real time. Not a major problem. I have the solar panels for all my cameras which are fantastic!

I wish they would have let me know that it does not work in the cold at all, and where I live, I can’t return it. I was led to believe that the battery wouldn’t last long in the cold which I thought I could manage, but that’s not the case, it simply does not operate even with a full charge. Set up and operation was easy and it seems like a really good camera though.

Overall, this is a good little wireless system and decent value if purchased on sale. The overall feature and functionality of Arlo and their app is good, but I am definitely disappointed in the video quality. I did a comparison with a Ring camera but also found it to be lacking as well. Even though I have good WiFi signal, it seems video leaves something to be desired when dealing with the wireless battery operated cameras. It meets my needs, barely.

Worth every penny! The range is good but the motion sensor doesn’t reach as far as the range does.. so that’s an 8/10 Every other feature is a 10/10! We love the Mic&Speaker feature. Being able to communicate with our dogs sitter through our camera is great.

They work. Sometimes have issues connecting. I would get a hardwire.

I used to love Arlo security cameras however now it is impossible to get a subscription for them. You can’t purchase it on your phone so I tried my computer and still can’t. So I have 4 Arlo cameras that don’t record. Such a waste of money. Also the cameras we had before were Arlo as well but they just stopped working even when I charged the battery all night.

This entire system is the worst thing I’ve ever used. Save your money and go with something else completely. Won’t connect most of the time and then it loses signals easily and you have to take the battery out and sync it all over again which is tedious and ineffective. It also required me splitting my wifi into a different type just for this system alone, and now my entire wifi is messed up. I will have to not only lose money from this purchase, and the doorbell was even worse, but also need a tech to fix my wifi and need to invest in a functioning product. The biggest waste of money. Ever.

Not that great. Batteries last less than a week. It seems like the sensitivity is off. Misses a car pulling up to mailbox sometimes, yet picks up wind blowing?

Excellent camera, especially compared to the Pro 2 cameras I already have. This camera zooms in on people and follows them! Also, I like that it can identify motion detected from a person to an animal. Very clear picture too!

Great camera. Some fake motion detection. What I'm saying is I get motion alerts but nothing is moving in the video

The cameras makes a noisy scratchy sound during recording. I am a long time arlo camera user and have never experience this until I purchased these Pro 4 Spotlight Cameras. I have contacted Arlo customer service and can not get a satisfactory answer from them. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY!

Was so looking forward to the upgraded Pro 4 - but has the same issues as the Pro 2 (doesn't like damp weather) that I've had for years and the images aren't any better. . .was expecting more I think. . .there must be better quality images available somewhere in Arlo.
