    Happy with this Pro 4, better that the Arlo 2 Pro. Like the wide view. I would buy again.

    We went from Blink cameras (no subscription needed for decent cloud storage and night vision), to one of these Arlo cameras. It is not made clear that a subscription is REQUIRED for any sort of footage storage or any of the features like animal or car detection. It is now a glorified paperweight. Only buy if you want another subscription fee. Otherwise, be smarter than me and do more research. I cannot recommend this camera, as it comes with a paywall that was not made clear.

    I cannot get them to read the QR code. They worked at first but once I changed the motion to off then back on the motion stopped working. I tried to reset back to factory and now my phone and camera will not pick up the QR code.

    Needed something that picks up motion and noise and this right here is a good security camera picks up and the lows sounds and very good picture

    This little unit is pretty amazing, with its fairly long-lived battery (not the claimed six months, however), wide (and adjustable) angle, and excellent motion-sensing capability. Our internet connection at our remote cabin is slow, which means that we must wait several seconds to see what triggered the motion alarm which we receive on our iPhone. This renders the two-way audio superfluous for us, but that is not the fault of the unit. Arlo offers complimentary archiving for 90 days or so, after which a subscription is very reasonably priced.

    Bought a brand new home and wanted to make sure that I am safe and track any suspicious activity that can happen in my neighborhood. Cameras are very good quality! Love the the motion detector and notification.

    Great combination of charging station and cameras. Nice to have one extra as one is low, quick to change out the battery for a fresh one and set it on the charger to recharge

    My Arlo Safety pack gives me piece of mind when I am away from home. I can check the live feeds or I can go back and watch clips from the cloud. Great product and worth the investment.

    STAY AWAY!! I am absolutely livid with this system!! First of the night vision is horrible, image quality during the day is great, however. There is a huge delay from when motion is detected to when the camera actually starts to record. The app is freakin' horrible, for the price I was expecting so much more. Now the latest, I couldn't decide where to mount my third camera, so I thought I would install it at my my mom's house, well doing that broke my camera. I called tech support and they said that since I tried to hook it up to another network is the reason it no longer works, and I would need to pay another $100 for the firmware plan to get my camera to work again. WHAT A RIP OFF!!! I have been through everything that came with my cameras, and I cannot find that information anywhere. TOTAL SCAM, it is not possible to express how disapointed I am, wasted $500

      You can add different cameras from different locations with the same account. Please ensure that the mobile device being used for onboarding and camera being installed are connected to the same network during onboarding, please refer to camera onboarding instructions: https://kb.arlo.com/1088401

      If you're experiencing issues with night vision please try and reboot your camera and test again. If the issue persists, please navigate to Settings > Support in the Arlo App for service options available to you.

    Excellent Qeek Squad install. Excellent spotlight, doorbell and outdoor security system. Only one problem is that with all of the Arlo wireless battery systems units have to be charged up 100% in order for outdoor cameras, doorbells and spotlights to work efficiently. According to the installers this was the first totally wireless system they installed. I had get on a ladder after a week of operation because one of units had no charge So I decided to charge each unit which ranged between 2-3 hour charging session. After that each unit is now keeping its charge that looks like it will last the 6 month stated in the Arlo 80 page manual.

    Claims to support Apple HomeKit, but you soon discover it only supports HomeKit with the addition of an Arlo hub device which is NOT included in this bundle. Only works with 2.4 Ghz wireless networks -- another fact omitted from the product's packaging. Hardware seems well-built, but there seemed a great deal of lag in the video feed.
