    Great product, been using Arlo since they came to retailers. This is a great upgrade over previous versions.

    The cameras work great and the app is easy to use. I’m just upset at myself for waiting so long to get them!

    So really have no problems they work good batteries on 2 of them have to be charged after 4 weeks , and they were fully charged otherwise work good

    This is a great outdoor camera and i love the night vision on it. Another great feature is it breaks down what it sees like people, animals, car. Also, the rechargeable extra batteries are nice. I would recommend this product.

    The Arlo Pro 4 camera system is even better than the Pro 3. Great recorded images. A lot of options about how to set up the cameras. I am happy with the purchase.

    I love these cameras! We have tried so many and a friend told us about Arlo brand and I won’t buy another brand! Even their app is user friendly!

    Best picture and fantastic night vision. The delay when trying to view events love prevents me from giving the Arlo 5 stars but if it ever receives a firmware update or if a smart hub rectifies this problem I will give it the full 5 stars.

    If you are looking for great cameras that display good, quality live video and have no problems, this is not you camera. These cameras worked great the first few weeks we had them, however, more so recently we have encountered an issue with them being “offline”. This has severely hindered our ability to use the cameras for their intended purpose. We have tried everything under Arlo’s support and customer service to render is this issue, however, nothing has helped. Get prepared for great help in their only text support and the “unplug it and plug it back in” line. Please do not purchase these cameras if you actually want to use them.

    Junk. Won't stay connected. Ran through all the procedures and it worked fine for about a month. Then, tried to reinstall cameras and get them connected after they started giving us problems, and it is tedious to take down the camera every single time to try and test them and then changing the battery, because they only last about 10-12 days on one charge. Completely aggravating and frustrated as now we're stuck with it and $500 out the window. Also, Arlo customer service has been completely disinterested in helping us and directed us to their support page online which hasn't helped.

      Hi SWFL97, Thank you for this feedback. It sounds like your cameras are a bit too far from your base station pro router. You might also have some wireless frequency issue occurring. If you bring one of the cameras experiencing the issue closer to the base/router to test for a potential range/interference issue, this will help trouble shoot the direct cause.     They work well and have good picture clarity, the battery life seems to be about 4 months before charging…. Happy customer so far

    Don't buy these. One of my 3 cameras fell off my "free trial" of Arlo Secure so I can only view the live view. It gives me no notifications or events. I've chatted with tech support THREE times (the fourth time the system just kicked me out after over an hour wait in queue). The last chat, the rep said he would email me back within 24 hours because "his team was gone". I didn't believe him. It's now 4 days later and nothing. I'm back in line for chat, with "6 people ahead of me". Probably another hour wait. Tech support is the biggest joke I have seen in any tech company. Another gripe, there is a major delay from when you walk out in front of the cameras and you appear on that camera in the app. There is also a delay when an animal, vehicle, or person walks into the camera field. I get a notification and the event recording does not start when the object enters the field of view. If a burglar comes to my house, I can't tell the police which direction he or she came from because the person just appears in the middle of the driveway because that is when recording starts. Also, this video is NOT 2K. Good luck making out a plate...or a face. I'm also not paying $10 PER CAMERA for continuous video recording. My google nest door bell does this for $50 a year, with much better video quality. Probably going on the ladder, unscrewing these, shoving them in the box, and returning to Best Buy. It shouldn't be this hard.

    The best quality security camera out there. With the high speed internet the video clarity is excellent. It has all the futures easy to install just download the App and follow the instructions.
