Good quality and easy setup, I was impressed with the clarity for both day and night.

When I set up the cameras one of the cameras would not set up at all. I wished I could of got a new one in exchange.

Does everything I need it to do and then some. Picture is good and zoning is a nice feature to have. I would highly recommend to family and friends this product nooo problems soo far but I’m still earlier on in my purchase yet.

Battery runs out so fast. It said 6 months on the website but mine run out every 2-3 days. That’s not what security camera is supposed to be. Very disappointed! Definitely do not recommend this brand to any of my friend ever!

I purchased the Arlo cameras and I they won't record. I went to store to have Total tech members help me and they couldn't. When I went to the store manager, she basically said-oh well, to bad. I can't get ahold of Arlo. The number they gave me tells me to go to their web site and when I did, they ask for a code from my receipt, which there wasn't a number and Best Buy agent didn't know anything about this receipt, so my cameras don't record and as of right now there's nothing I can do about it.

Easy to install and connect, has wire-free setup and great image quality.

Easy to install and easy to use cameras. It took a little bit to get working, but the Arlo tech support team helped out and everything turned out great. Easy to access via my smartphone. I recommend this camera system.

Disappointed! One of our cameras went offline within 2 days of installation. Another one, the battery has to be recharged every couple of weeks. We have tried unsuccessfully to have TotalTech return to fix. Several appointments. No show. No call. Would return product, but now we have holes in our home.

So far, do good. Extremely satisfied with the purchase of the Arlo camera.

Make sure you can get these to connect to your internet before installing. Unfortunately I didn’t. After positioning them outdoors I then tried to connect. I was able to get one to work for awhile but then list that connection. This was from inside the house within 20 feet from the modem. After spending several hours and researching everything I gave up and removed. Fortunately I was within the 15 day return period and had no problem returning to Best Buy. I basically spent the whole weekend trying to get this to work. During my research I found that this was a common problem and many complaints are out there. I feel like Arlo needs to pay me for a waisted weekend.

Junk! 2 of 3 cameras will not read the QR code for set up. I am tech savvy..I have attempted all trouble shooting tips. I have used the sync button, changed brightness, changed devices, restarted the process. Nothing will make the remaining two cameras connect to the app, thus making them worthless!! There is not an alternative method for set up, so I will be returning them. On another note, prior versions of the camera had their own housing in addition to the security mount. These new cameras with security mount have no housing the to back of the camera, it just slips directly into the mount. Seems cheap considering the cost of the cameras!

It’s ok, no problem with setup. Just not how I wanted it to work. It’s just like a ring doorbell.

Works really well. Have it set up in my driveway to check on incoming videos. I've had it out there for at least a month now and the battery still reads near full. I plan on upgrading all my Arlo Pro 2s to the 4s.

So simple to set up no router just what you see 15min job

Honestly not a huge upgrade over my Pro 2s. I ended up returning these as the difference was not worth $400+.

For me, I can only give a 3 star. I can see others giving more but if you live in a cold environment like MN in the winter, these wont work. Once it gets so cold, the cameras stop. Well that completely defeats the purpose of installing in the first place. They also dont sell heaters or other housing for them. Its really a shame.

These are different than ALL other Arlo cameras. There mounting bracket is Unique. They are not inter changeable with any othe Arlo mount. This bracket is cheap plastic which will degrade with sun exposure. Don’t make the mistake in buying these especially if you have other Arlo cameras.
