    Big mistake to buy this camera. Battery charge doesn't stay long. My one camera is out of order already not even six months.

    Not in use. Very complicated for old folks. Constantly changing batteries. Did everything possible to save battery drainage to no avail. So that was 400.00 wasted.

    After reading reviews i decided to go ahead and purchase this. The optional magnetic wall mount that every one seems to be talking about was kind of a cool feature in my opinion. I bought it, unwrapped it did not have magnetic wall mounts or a gagnetic charger. This seems to be an older version that is beind sold.. Disappointed And returned.

    These cameras are Sub Par and Ineffective

    Your Arlo Pro 4 cameras do not function at the same range as our old Arlo 1 cameras. There are no videos saved, when Arlo 1 still has a week of video history. Arlo pro 4 is so stupidly sensitive that setting motion alert to 10% would still result in the camera picking up small leaf and flag movement. Your Best Buy return policy was shorter than the camera benefits lasted, so now that we know we are not satisfied we can no longer return it. We are deeply upset at both Best Buy and Arlo for selling and providing such a poor product to us.

    Nice looking cameras but they did not work with my internet. I believe you need high internet could not connect the app with my phone

    The cámaras could not connect to the internet. I switched to a 2000 megabits and only one of the three cámaras connected. I cannot return them so I just have to take a huge loss of $500

    When on battery and WiFi, cameras don’t capture enough footage. There is a lag between the start of an event and when they start recording such that I often only get half of what happens.

    I got this for my back alley specifically because it didnt need the Arlo hub like most other models do. It has a good picture and bright spotlight. Easy to set up and durable.

    Haven't installed yet. I'm sure the product is wonderful but I'm not liking the service at this point. The service tech expects us to wait around for 8 hours to show up and then cancelled 5.5 hours into our wait thru an email. in his email he said there would be a 3 hour wait window. The rescheduled date again was for an 8 hour wait window and the date didn't work for us so had to call to reschedule. Was transferred twice and put on hold for another date with a 6 hour wait window. Apparently my time is worthless! Considering cancelling the whole order and returning the products to go somewhere else.

    Love that you can see updates on your phone and you can speak through them as well and it's pretty clear on the video it takes. I would definitely recommend them.

    Support system is not helpful. Can not share video from camera with members of the family. Battery lasts only four-five days even though product description says it lasts for months.

    WE WERE TOLD BY STORE STAFF WHO HAS SAME SYSTEM THAT BATTER LICE IS 10 DAYS TO 2 WEEKS ‘ K HAVE TO CHARGE EVERYDAY . I ACTUALLY ENDED UP PURCHASING ANOTHER SET OF 3 CAMERAS JUST SO I CAN ROTATE CAMERAS AND HAVE CONTINUOUS CAMERA COVERAGE. BATTERY LIFE SUCKS BALLS ! THEY GOT ME !

    Baterry life is only two weeks for my setup. Continuous Video Monitoring is only available if yhe cameras are connected to a power supply. Ended up returning.
