Surprises when upgrading

What surprised me is that the batteries from my Arlo Pro2 do not fit, even though they appear that they will. There is also no way to use the Pro2 solar charger for the Pro4.

I tried troubleshooting for hours , but I had no luck. Also, it doesn't always record with motion. App issues as well. Sometimes, you're not able to view recordings for a few days with a paid subscription. Unfortunately I will probably have to take a loss & find a better solution for my home. Bought this in December of 2022

I will return and commit to a wired camera system instead. Visually they are very appealing too. But If you are looking for simple install, don’t mind charging the cameras every 2 1/2 weeks, having lower quality video with lag in video/2way communication this is the system for you!
