    The quality of the camera and sound are not that great and I have it on the inside of my home. So should be great quality

    Surprises when upgrading

    The camera itself is excellent. What surprised me is that the batteries from my Arlo Pro2 do not fit, even though they appear that they will. There is also no way to use the Pro2 solar charger for the Pro4.

    Good picture quality, but they DO NOT record. Arlo support has not helped efficiently. They are view only cameras even though the box says you have 3 months of free recordings.

    Works well in coverage and clear video,does not work once it gets to cold(motion detection),plus batteries don’t last to long,customer service for Arlo isn’t that great either

    Issue with cameras after few months

    The first few months were great with product.It first started with 1 camera not working. 2 months later, the 2nd camera stopped working. I tried troubleshooting for hours , but I had no luck. Also, it doesn't always record with motion. App issues as well. Sometimes, you're not able to view recordings for a few days with a paid subscription. Unfortunately I will probably have to take a loss & find a better solution for my home. Bought this in December of 2022

    Being that they are WiFi cameras, the video quality is definitely not there and the lag time is very bad. I will return and commit to a wired camera system instead. Visually they are very appealing too. But If you are looking for simple install, don’t mind charging the cameras every 2 1/2 weeks, having lower quality video with lag in video/2way communication this is the system for you!

    I reviewed arlo pro 4 for weeks. EVERYTHING says magnetic. Just got these and they are NOT. this best buy bundle is not the same camera as all others. Cannot use . Going to return
