I now know every time a rabbit or squirrel wanders near my back door. Great cameras for giving some peace of mind regarding what’s outside. Two things to know: 1) these work best in places that don’t drop much below zero; and 2) in order to have your video saved you have to subscribe to their service at $10/mo. That wasn’t the case with their older products.

The mounting piece is an “Inny” instead of an “outie” like the older ones are so I had to remove and replace the mount in order to mount this new camera outside. Wonder why they didn’t stay consistent?

I spent $1100 just to pull my hair out attempting to set this up. If you have good Wi-Fi don’t buy this as they want you to have a slower Wi-Fi speed. You will not be able to set this camera up without buying a plan. If you ever need help you most certainly will not receive it, stay away from the worst camera made.
