Works excellent and the app works without issue. Able to pull old videos and the speak through the camera works excellent! It took 3 cold winters for some of the rechargeable batteries to start having difficulty holding a charge, so those lasted longer than expected. I'll be getting new batteries if they still have problems in the spring.

I really wanted to like these. The picture quality is good but the activation is very hit or miss. Sometimes it activates right away, other times it activates as people are walking out of frame. Its supposed to continue recording as long as whatever activated is in the detection zone. Often it stops early or records it for 2 seconds it's in the detection zone and records nothing for several minutes. Do not buy this set or any other that has the security mount if you hope to switch to a differnt style mount. They are not compatable so a 90 degree mount isnt happening unless you want to spend $25 or more per camera getting different housings because a simple hardware change is too complicated for Arlo. Also, I'm supposed to be able to use an Arlo home base with a hard drive to record footage but that works when it wants to. When talking with customer service about not being able to switch the mounts they said I'd have to buy housings from a 3rd party because they dont sell their own product in their online store. I was told the ball joint couldnt be removed. When I sent a picture showing it removed with one 17mm socket they changed tactics and said they couldn't provide different mounting hardware to use the other mount styles because it could compromise the weather resistance which is one o-ring. Not that hard to replace. All in all, Arlo has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Cameras work well. The big issue is no directions or Manuel for the set up so it was trial by error that I realized I had to scan all 3 camera before they would work. Please include clears directions or Manuel for set up.

Very nice quality , the batteries don’t last as long as I had hoped , maybe 3 weeks to a month but even that being said I’m satisfied it’s easy to charge and replace !!

Great product easy setup. I have a older arlo set so I decided to upgrade to the pro4 unreal the difference.

We got a set of 3 Arlo Pro 4 cameras and really like them. The field of view is excellent and quality is nice. The only issue is that the notifications are a bit much, even when make them less sensitive.

We already have the hub, (3) Pro 3 cameras, the video doorbell and the monthly subscription service. Camera connected fine and everything works as well as the others. Connection and video quality is great. Geofencing, notifications and other features are working just as well. One thing I do suggest is adding the more permanent screw down mount if the cameras are within reach. The magnet is very strong otherwise though. We have not had any issues with one of our other ones using this mount on the second floor. Also recommend the solar panel for higher installations. Highly recommend the Arlo products.

The camera is a great choice if you have a smaller area you are wanting to have coverage over. While it says 2K, objects are not able to be zoomed in for more detail in most circumstances unless the object is within 10 feet or so.

I got a set of 3 of these cameras and a hub. Extremely easy to set up—no issues at all. The app works great and is also easy to use. The cameras are good as well, but I feel like they need protection from the elements. One camera is under a bit of cover that the roof overhang provides, but the lens is always obscured by moisture after a rain and images are distorted. I go out and dry it off with a soft cloth and extension pole, but I didn’t expect having to baby the cameras. Hoping silicone covers will eventually be available for this model. But overall these cameras do what I expected and the setup was super simple.

Love this security camera system. Professional, kind, patient technicians did complete installation with easy instructions on how to use. Great graphics and voice. User friendly and easy to understand. Solar power/rechargeable battery that is extremely easy to charge and change. I would definitely recommend this product. Purchase through Best Buy is the best experience with great prices.

Cameras were very easy to set up. The picture is great, video is smooth, clear. My only issue thus far is all three of my Arlo Pro 4 cameras went offline at the same time, all day, to where I couldn't access the cameras or the settings. After troubleshooting on the web, sounds like this is a common issue. After removing the battery for 10 seconds (minimum) and the cameras then going through an update, they're back to normal. Hope this isn't a regular thing.

Easy to operate and install. Works great! The picture quality is very good for daytime, night vision is a little pixelated but still pretty clear. Cameras get a wide amount of coverage which is one thing I was looking for and the battery seems to last a week which is convenient I just swap the out every weekend. Overall I think I made a great choice and I am looking forward to purchasing a couple more soon.

I've really enjoyed the Arlo's so far. Easy to install and I'm happy with the quality.

Pretty good. I’m not very technically savvy, but setup was pretty easy. Figuring out some of the details was challenging for me. But overall, a good security system.

Works great and fairly easy to set up. I get clear images on all of the cameras.

The cameras were pretty easy to set up and have good resolution. The sound quality is good and mounting was really easy. The thing i dont care for is there is not a day goes by that at least one of the cameras are not “offline” this to me is rather annoying.
