The Camera batteries will not stay charged for a week. SO if you are on vacation for a week your cameras are dead when you come on. Contacted ARLO support and gave no support. Expensive cameras to not work as advertised and the employee at best buy just blew smoke up my behind in acting like he knew what he was talking about.

Very, very easy to set up and the phone app works great. The 2k resolution is crystal clear and the sound is also clear. with the mounting bracket, installation options are virtually limitless. You just can't find such a full featured camera at this price and after the 3 month trial period is over, it's only a paltry $2.99/month for all the features. You just can't go wrong!

Think twice before buying any product from Arlo. They used to be OK (their motion detection was always dodgy at best) but in October they discontinued the email alerts you would get whenever motion did trigger the cameras. You would receive an email alert with a picture and a link to a video so you could quickly tell if you had a problem or if it was a false alarm. They say they have discontinued this email service to lower their costs, but they are perfectly willing to constantly spam your inbox with emails urging you to buy even more of their products. They also did this without notifying anyone (except for rushing up an "End of Life Policy" statement and a small notice on an obscure section of their message forum). Without the email alerts Arlo cameras are useless. So be aware that any features you are buying the product for now may not be available in the future if they decide they would rather improve their bottom line than supply a service that their customers paid for.

The clarity and ranges of the views are awesome! Very easy to hookup and install.

I absolutely LOVE my Arlo Pro 4 Spotlight camera. It is a recent purchase; adding to other earlier versions of Arlo cameras that I have. I love the added protection of the light. It was added in an area that is dim and sparsely lit. With the spotlight, the HD recordings are extremely clear. I encourage anyone seeking a high quality WiFi camera to purchase this model.

Great quality cameras. You can change notification settings which can come in handy especially if you have pets. It’s nice not having a million notifications because your chickens set the camera off. I was iffy on getting these due to bad reviews but they must not have a good Wi-Fi system to run their cameras. We have zero issues with ours. Highly recommend them.

Had an issue with first camera pairing it to the app. Was a fluke and it just got corrupted from a firmware update. Returned it for a new camera. New one works great. Easy setup. Amazing viewing range 160 degrees!

We live on a main street and installed 4 cameras. It gives us an added sense of security without a huge cost

The setup was easy and the video quality is good. Several options on how you want to monitor the critical area. Charging the rechargeable battery is easy, no need to take it off the mount. Very good product.

Pictures are looking great, night time details could be improved. Batteries really need to be charged all the way up for it to sync on the 1st try. Other than that I am pleased.

We were so surprised at the clarity of the video! You can see every detail and the fact that it is in color is so great! Imagine our delight when we realized you can talk through the speaker on the camera as well! When our doggies need redirection, the training doesn’t stop just because we aren’t home! Just an amazing device and easy-to-use app!

It does what it's supposed to do. For over $500 I'd expect a smoother experience. It comes with one short charging cable for 3 cameras. Batteries take several hours to charge. One of my batteries is faulty and dies at an increase rate. You have to take the whole camera down to charge, not the greatest when you have dig out the ladder and climb. My Ring camera is much more user friendly, I can just pop the battery out and charge it, it can hold two batteries where one can still operate the camera while one is charging.
