We recently moved and had the basic Arlo Cameras at our old home. Decided to splurge on their Pro camera. Glad I did. Clearer video. Color and spotlight is a great extra feature.

The Arlo Pro 4 Spotlight Camera was easy to install, the recording quality is great and it gives you a very wide viewing angle. I love the fact that you can zoom in and even take a picture.

Great system and easy to set up! As a retired police officer, I know that cameras won't prevent crime but they will be your best witness if something were to happen! I do recommend it!

It was easy to set up. I found it fairly easy to attach to the wall however, the screw keep bending so I had to use my own. Other than that, it alerts us whenever someone or something comes into view. Perfect!

Easy to install. Pictures are crisp and clear. As with any security camera, it took some time to understand all the alerts and recordings, but as a security device, it is excellent.

This little camera has a lot of features following a simple installation. Its capabilities far exceed those of competitors. Easily the best camera system we have installed (we have used 2 other vendors previously).

Got the Pro 4 XLs and I'm really impressed with the easy of use and setup. Support was also fantastic when I had some questions about tweaking settings.

I bought four Arlo cameras for our new house. Easy setup. Great clear picture. Spotlights work great to give light up and give color to nighttime videos. Overall, a great video security system.

Finally pulled the trigger and picked these up. Setup was easy and the video quality is great. Still fiddling with settings, but once dialed in these should be perfect to deter would be creepers.

This is my first surveillance camera, (3 of them from Costco), and so far, so good. Time will tell as to durability, battery life, etc. Cameras setup very easily and provide clear 2k video.

The camera quality is great! You can clearly see faces and the movement alerts work good. I like that with these cameras you are able to hear clearly all sounds and speak back using the Arlo app.

I bought 3 Arlo Pro 4 cameras, easy installation and setup. The app works good as well. I was worrying about the battery life, but it seems the battery is good enough to work 2+ months.

Great clarity, sound and details in captured videos! Love the details as to why it began recording (person, animal, vehicle, motion). Storage is great too! Easy to install!

Great resolution and picture clarity, very flexible and accurate ability to set-up "Activity Zones" to avoid unwanted motion detections like cars and pedestrians on the sidewalk

Nice sharp and focused spot- doesn’t bleed light all over the place. Great deterrent the spot. It is used on my driveway and I was able to put it up myself as an older gal. Nice reception and clear pictures.

I like the camera’s, word of caution, make sure you have a strong WI-FI signal when installing. One of my cameras was working okay but occasionally it’ll drop because of a weak signal.

I've had arlo products for 5 years with no issue - we upgraded our system to the arlo pro 4 and 2 wired video doorbells. One camera would constantly toggle itself off and then disable one of the doorbells. I did all the troubleshooting and arlo customer service is HORRIBLE - I've waited for 6 weeks for help with no answer from Arlo. You chat with someone and they keep telling me "it has been escalated to our next level team and you will hear back in 48 hours" and you hear nothing. Just keep this in mind when you buy if you want customer service you have to pay the monthly fee to chat and expect to not be given any resolution.
