I purchased this camera. At first, everything was functioning below performance, choppy sound, Green color stain in the videos, etc. Then my trial ended and everything went downhill, cameras stopped working, no longer motion detection nor live video streaming... contacted customer service... they were in India and did not know what they were doing... chat got disconnected.. call got disconnected..... cameras still having issues..... Returned them already.. Arlo a no go for your home security.

I think my Arlo Pro 4 Spotlight Camera is probably ok; however, I have been and am still using my original pro cameras (2) so it’s difficult to compare. My only complaint is that it’s a learning process since no instructions come with the camera and it’s difficult to find answers on the Arlo website.

Easy to set up each camera to the phone app. Happy to find out that I don't have to delete each individual video and can delete them in batches!

These cameras are easy to set up…easy to use…they are very functional and practical….just the right amount of light I needed in dark places around my home.

The high resolution cameras give an excellent view of around my property at night or during the day. The wire free cameras make for a quick and easy setup.

This camera is the best camera I have ever used! So easy to install, to operate, and such a clear picture with the 2k! I can even read the license plates!!

Super easy set up with these arlo pro 4 cameras. And they function almost flawlessly. Hooked into my existing home automation quite nicely.

Love these camera. They are a major upgrade from our sexurity company's cameras. Way more reliable and identifies wbat is making the motion.

We replaced our ADT cameras since they never worked from day one. These Arlo Pro4 cameras are night and day. Easy to set up and operate.

Arlo Pro 4 Spotlight camera was a breeze to setup and the app is user friendly with a ton of features/customization options for the camera!

I have Blink cameras also and the resolution on the Arlo camera is soooo much better than the Blink. the software is much easier to use

Works great for me. Caught a couple of raccoons in the back yard that I thought I had but now I know for sure.

Can two way communicate clearly, trying the zoom and track feature. Color at night is also nice with the light. I upgraded from arlo without audio or light.

I have been concerned about upgrading from Arlo Pro 2 as I have had it for 4 years. Arlo pro 4 is a worthy successor.

First and foremost I LOVE THE APP nice and smooth compared to competition. Great product works as advertised would love to be able to use HomeKit !? Hopefully soon

Only one of 3 cameras would connect to my wifi, even when I tried to connect the other 2 cameras in the exact location of the only one that did connect, they still would not connect to my wifi. Customer service did not help.

I reluctantly give this analogy but Arlo is the Apple of smart automation. Love the Pro 4 cameras I bought - simple, easy to use and more importantly fantastic product.

Used other brands before and was amazed with the speed of connectivity and easy installation. Clear pictures and videos and AI learning !

Really bad battery I have to recharge it every 2days

Over all live Arlo had them for years got 6 new cam lol 3 missing batteries but Arlo helping with that but other 3 sold good batteries life still waiting to see how I like
