Overall, I am happy with their products, but finding a place to fit a camera is a real challenge as you need to find power and drill a huge hole through anything to pass the USB cable through. I wanted something I could just fit easily and tried the Arlo. Very impressed with the quality and how you can really adjust the sensitivity and zones. Only a week or so in, but battery life seems really good.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was very happy wit my Arlo cameras until I received a mail saying they will stope making firmware upgrades for my cameras making me buy new ones, they offer a code for 50% off which I thought it was nice since I have to buy new ones and I can get better Technology. Well after trying to get those cameras on their website, it was a nightmare! My order was cancel, I don't know why. They cleaned the hands saying it was on my end. They don care about their customer avoid bad experiences and get something else

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The camera works great but the time it takes to connect to the camera i atrocious. It takes almost 10 seconds usually to connect and then the feed it self is lagged behind by about 10 seconds.

Thank you for taking the time to share your Arlo Pro 4 Spotlight Camera experience. The delay you are experiencing is normal behavior. A slight delay is expected as the camera must communicate with the Arlo cloud when live streaming.
Please note the distance between your Arlo Pro 4 camera and the Arlo SmartHub/base station or router can affect the live stream delay. Additionally, to troubleshoot problems with live streaming, please refer to: https://kb.arlo.com/1124

I fear charging is going to be a pain since you cannot charge the battery direct but through the housing.
