Wow i was happy to but this product but after batteries fully charges. Barreties when out in about 3 days on two camareas very disappointing especially because it was not a high traffic area. Changed to eufy and i love it!!!

I really like my Arlo cameras .. wouldn’t be without them

Recently switched from another product. The visuals are so much clearer in the Arlo app, even when zooming in. I just wish Arlo could add a live view of all devices when opening the app without having to select the device and wait for it to connect. Overall, better value and quality.

This is great until you run into an issue. The product itself is great. But, Arlo does not offer any live support should you run into issues. I had an issue with subscription activation and they do not offer phone support nor email support. It is only available via chat. If you take longer than 3 minutes to answer, you’re immediately disconnected and have to try again. Just do not buy!

I already Arlo cameras. There nicer than the order one's.

Can not use without purchasing a membership, I paid a lot of money for security cameras I can only view them after the trial. No recording and no looking back without buying cloud storage. They are also large and bulky and require a cheap plastic piece to clip them into

Finally installed these a couple day ago. No complaints yet, very easy to setup, picks up motion from a fair distance away, from cars and people to animals wandering around the yard at night. Great video and sound; even helped to inform a pizza delivery guy he had the wrong address while I was away from home.

I sleep so good at night now thanks to Arlo one of the best products ever bought thank you so very much

Excellent camera. The video quality is great. No issues with the WIFi connection. The battery life is not as bad as I thought. We have one connected to a solar panel. That one goes back to 100% every day when there’s some sun. The other one, with no solar panel is at 87% after 2 weeks of low to medium traffic.

Extremely easy to set up and use via app. Wish the spotlight could be deactivated independently of the camera.

Separated my wifi into 2 different channels so I could connect to the 2.4 ghz, but these Arlo cameras couldn't connect to my wifi. Reset my wifi to one channel and tried Google Nest cameras instead, and those work perfectly. Not sure why these get such great reviews, but I ended up returning them.

Arlo always connects easily, the free cloud trial cannot be beat. The image is best when in bright light or outside. The low light settings are excellent, image not as good but better than average. Arlo doesn’t miss a beat.

Great set up for the money. Best Buy staff recommended it and i am satisfied.

I actually returned this product because the secure mount is permanently part of the camera. Other Pro 4 cameras I have use a screw on mount or a magnetic mount. This camera has no option to use a magnetic mount. The pro 4 camera I’d a good camera I just didn’t want this camera the way it had to be mounted.

Great camera. Only off thing is the mount it came with. It's a weird magnetic mount. It has held up, but I'd rather have had it come with the security mount the bundle had that I purchased a while back. I do love that you can continue adding more and more cameras. Very nice indeed overall!

Camera quality was not so great, lagged with HomeKit.
