    Been using Arlo Camera's for years - this is a Great Product Pro 4 - 2K represents Quality & I love the Spot Light which keeps unwanted night pests (two & four legged) away from my home. Battery life is greatly improved.

    Support is terrible; no documentation; no detailed feature list available for when you try to get rid of the subscription. Billions of notifications for the same event with 10sec videos even when setup to record the whole event for up to 5minutes. I have been enable to talk through the cameras. I added a smarthub so I could drop the subscription after the trial period thinking I would only lose the smart notifie (animal/person/package identification) but reading people complaints that there is no remote access without subscription… Arlo seem to just want to milk the subscription and is dishonest (or more: not up front) about the product features.

    Nice camera. And awsome pictures /videos. But horrible battery life wont last more than 2 weeks

    Arlo Pro 4 is he BEST security cameras on the market for the money. I made the mistake of going with another wireless system that was nothing but problems. Had Arlo before that, will NEVER MAKE THAT MISTAKE AGAIN... This was our second purchase for a total of 6 cameras. Had 5 the first time.

    ...but battery life still isn't anything to brag about. For high traffic areas a power source will be a must have for this camera.

    The camera is well built. Arlo app is glitchy so sometimes it works better than others and arlo backs you into subscriptions. 4 stars over all.

    Good set of cameras for checking in on the place. Sensitive to bees, moths, wasps etc. which means they pick up a lot of motion

    These cameras suck. I spent $1000 on Arlo cameras that don’t even record correctly. They only capture the second half of any motion. Example, I am trying to see which neighbor allows their dog to poop on my yard. When I finally think I caught the person I can only see them walking away I don’t understand why it does not record as soon as they come into frame. Stay away waste of money with Arlo

    Maybe in a warm environment those are good but they are worthless in North Dakota. My camera's freeze up constantly on me and never work, theyre garbage!!

    Ridiculously Delayed Live View

    Please Don’t haha , I have a gigabit internet connection and the Cameras worked yeah but they’re extremely delayed even Using the Hub. It was ridiculous how delayed they were between 25-40 seconds, quality was great but live view was a huge point for me

    We like the quality of the video it captures, color blends in with the walls, able to turn on and off through the app. We bought 2 sets so far. Good purchase and it gives you peace of mind when we're not at home
