    I got this for my back alley specifically because it didnt need the Arlo hub like most other models do. It has a good picture and bright spotlight. Easy to set up and durable.

    Love that you can see updates on your phone and you can speak through them as well and it's pretty clear on the video it takes. I would definitely recommend them.

    you have to pay a subscription fee(monthly)if you want to save videos.batteries go dead instantly in sub freezing temperatures.

    Not happy with service!

    Haven't installed yet. I'm sure the product is wonderful but I'm not liking the service at this point. The service tech expects us to wait around for 8 hours to show up and then cancelled 5.5 hours into our wait thru an email. in his email he said there would be a 3 hour wait window. The rescheduled date again was for an 8 hour wait window and the date didn't work for us so had to call to reschedule. Was transferred twice and put on hold for another date with a 6 hour wait window. Apparently my time is worthless! Considering cancelling the whole order and returning the products to go somewhere else.

    WE WERE TOLD BY STORE STAFF WHO HAS SAME SYSTEM THAT BATTER LICE IS 10 DAYS TO 2 WEEKS ‘ K HAVE TO CHARGE EVERYDAY . I ACTUALLY ENDED UP PURCHASING ANOTHER SET OF 3 CAMERAS JUST SO I CAN ROTATE CAMERAS AND HAVE CONTINUOUS CAMERA COVERAGE. BATTERY LIFE SUCKS BALLS ! THEY GOT ME !

    The camera was an excellent purchase. It operates as expected. When someone comes into the house I receive an alert and the video shows me who is there.

    I've had cameras from competitors of Arlo. Arlo is far superior. The app experience is fantastic and the cameras are easy to install.

    Do NOT buy these cameras. Every time you go offline you have to restart them manually. Not worth the money.

    Easy to set up on my Oribi Wifi system. The 2K video is a really nice upgrade. Video is very clear. Battery life similar to the Arlo Pro 3 series. I have now ordered 6 of these. :)

    I bought these cameras to go with the three I already had. They are good cameras and the app is easy to use. Couple of pointers 1. Know what's in the box - Mine came with one indoor/outdoor mount and one indoor mount. Since I was mounting both cameras outside, I had to buy another outdoor mount. 2. When using the Arlo app on a cell phone to activate the camera it works best if your phone is not is some kind of case like an Otter Box. The OCR code scans better that way.

    The 3rd camera would not update or connect so it's useless. I purchased TWO of these systems and BOTH done the exact same thing. And Arlo customer service will email you back days later instead of talking to someone now; which is ridiculous.

    Arlo Wireless Camera System - No Customer Service

    I have never purchased an electronic type system that doesn't have a 1 800 number to call if the consumer needs assistance! First system would not connect to Wifi, which was verified by the Internet Provider to be 2.4g, so the BB Rep said to return the system. Received new system, same issue. Set up Geek Squad appt. just in case. No resolution, returning the second system for a full refund. Not recommended!

    Unless you are a WiFi genius and can take your 5Ghrtz down to 2.5 Ghrtz you can forget about buying this product. You will have problems with connection and lag delay. It is not worth the hassle and the money.

      Thanks for sharing your review. The Arlo Pro 4 Cameras are only able to connect to a 2.4 GHz network. For troubleshooting mesh systems, or WiFi connections that have both 2.4 and GHz networks, please refer to troubleshooting on this article: https://kb.arlo.com/000062370.

      Alternatives also exist, such as purchasing An Arlo Smart Hub. For further assistance on addressing the concerns you have shared above, please navigate to Settings > Support in the Arlo App for service options available to you.

    Great cameras. Excellent picture quality. The app allows you the ability change the video settings and notifications easily. Great security product but they are a little pricey.
