We got these cameras as an added security measure for our home. Love to quality and easy to blend in to our home, making them not noticeable.

We originally bought a 4 camera set up for our house then decided they would make great Christmas gifts so we bought 2 more kits to give away

Very easy & quick to set up. Very disappointed with the camera I have perched outside. Battery dies quickly and will not operate at 15 degrees or less. Does frequently notify me that camera needs to warm...but definitely defeats the purpose of continous monitoring where I need the most.

We love our Arlo cameras! I opted to get these after reading others reviews that they preferred this mode over other brands. We love how long the batteries last, we’ve had to charge them since we got them up in December less than a handful of times! Love getting notifications when I’m at work or out of town to know my home is safe. Highly recommend!

I bought these camera to be mounted on the exterior of the house. I have been super happy with the quality of the picture and sound. These cameras are very relatable and have given me the peace of mind as I can easily monitor activity from the app on my phone. Batteries need to be charged every 3 months.

I've been able to get really good quality video. The only thing i don't like is the mount. the camera is magnetic and sits in a mount that gets screwed in to a wall or something. it makes it pretty easy for someone to knock the camera down since the camera only sits in the mount

Great integration with smartthings and IFTTT. Lots of installation and configuration options. Support community is great. Highly recommended.

Good product, easy to install, and good picture quality

I have been using this Arlo camera for 2 months and it has been working great. Everything they said it can do is spot on. The app that you download it terrific with no issues as of yet. There is a tutorial as well to assist in setting up the camera system and working with the settings. I recommend this as a good inexpensive way to monitor you home inside and out.

Pros: Quick set up. Out of the box ready. Weatherproof. Easily movable using the magnet mounts.Free cloud storage. Cons: Takes a couple of seconds to achieve live stream and video audio lag. Battery charge range extremely variable. Very little control on monitoring area range.

I previously had the original Arlo cameras, and the new Pros are much better quality. Slightly wider angle lens, better color, sound is good (but there is a 2 second delay in sounds recording), and the 2-way talk is not that great...but I haven't had a need to use it yet. With the 2way talk, it's hard to get it to connect quick enough, because if the camera is still recording/storing footage from the trigger, you cannot connect to the camera until it is done recording for your set time. So by the time you can connect to 2way talk, they might be gone. But overall, much better. The Arlo rechargeable batter also was a huge selling point for me, except Arlo has not released the charging station for the batteries. It's a pain in the butt to take the cameras down to charge each one, instead of having a charged battery ready and just replacing it without having to remove the camera (in most cases). Once the charging station is released, it will be an almost perfect setup.

Quality features like two way audio and user friendly app is what sold me on this camera. Battery lasts about 2-3 months before it needs to be charged. Only problem I had was camera didn't pick up motion from the glare on windows. The alerts sent directly to your smart phone give you peace of mind while you are away and that alone makes this camera pay for itself.
