Great quality for the money! Would recommend to family and friends

I highly recommend the Arlo Pro Great product and easy to install

First, I am the IT Director of a mid-size agency with multiple staff and locations and I manage three security camera systems. I purchased the Arlo for home use as I didn't want to have to run wires. It was easy to set up and configure. Video clips start long after the motion should have been detected. For example my wife pulled into our driveway, parked in the garage and walked out to the mailbox at the end of the drive. The video didn't start until she was halfway down the drive to the mailbox. Her car didn't even appear in the video at all. This is on a camera that has a clear and unobstructed view of the drive from a position centered 6 over the garage door. Live view is very slow to connect. The PC interface uses Flash - which insecure, obsolete and will shortly no longer be supported at all by any browser. In one case, I got a notice of motion being detected, but the clip didn't show up in the library for over 20 minutes. I signed up for the premium service but that made no difference in the ability to capture video. A big part of the problem appears to be that all video clips are first sent to Arlo servers to be analyzed to see if there really was movement. This might be useful for a person with a small house and very fast internet service, but I wouldn't count on it.

We have had no problems with this system. I was concerned about battery life when we first purchased it, but so far we have only had to recharge batteries once (we've had it about a month and a half).

This camera is seriously better than I thought. So worth my money.

System is easy to set up and works good. I had the nest before, however the yearly cost for the recordings adds up. Comparing the two, I would say the Nest works far better and you don't miss a thing because it records non-stop. The Arlo does a good job at recording with motion, but doesn't capture everything. I would say for the money and true wireless capabilities it is a good system. On the camera that records about 100 10 sec clips a day, it last about a month. On the camera that records 15 clips a day, its on pace to last around 3-4 months. Charging is quick, from 10% battery life, it takes less than 2 hrs.

Every since I’ve had this camera it’s been nothing but problems every time I contact support they act like I’m stupid and it’s my fault that the camera is not working but always comes out to be the cameras problem

Purchased during the Blackfriday sale event. The picture/videos beyond 25ft are hazy; you are limited to a monitoring areas within a short range. If that is your setup, it works well. Wifi range could be stronger.

This was the perfect home camera system for a quick and easy setup. No running any wires. Load the Arlo app, plug into your router, sync the cameras and your done. Up and running in no time. Hardest part for me was where to put the cameras.

This product has all it! Good camera, colors, night vision, good sound and 2 ways to communicate. For me just me is perfect instead to buy expensive and difficult system.

This security camera is a good beginner camera, set up was easy and the phone app works great. Only issue is a delay in sound and motion detection(5 to 10 second delay)

This system is pretty good. Response time is a few seconds off but close. The video quality is pretty good in daylight. Night qualitynis not bad either.

After I installed it and I couldn't believe how good the quality of the picture was, I showed my friends that have a wired system and they can't believe how clear the perfect is. Very good system would recommend to friends and family.

Arlo has always made great security cameras but this one takes it to the next level. Rechargeable batteries, alarm on the base station, and now two way outdoor communication. Plus their award winning app is why I keep coming back for more.

My house is safe wheather I am home or not.. beat investment ever

I would give this 5 stars, but there is room for improvement on the time to load live view. Overall the quality is great. Audio and mic work perfectly. love that feature.

These are the best wireless camera in my opinion very long battery life get notified when theirs motion I front of my house when I'm gone every time without fail as long as you have good wifi they are awsome

Using this as a front door security camera and the quality is awesome. Setup was fairly quick and straight-forward, and love that the camera runs on rechargeable batterty.

I love it and highly recommend it. User friendly and very handy!
