Over all this camera is great. Installing is easy enough, easy instructions, great customer service (Net Gear) from my experience so far. Sound quality is great and recording has a few seconds lag from real time if your viewing live but not by much. Like this camera a lot. There's a few concerns but no product is perfect.

I think that this is a good product, and I would recommend it. Personally, I was expecting a better video resolution, because I'm not really sure that anyone could really use this to identify thieves, but it's better than nothing and I didn't see any other products that offered higher resolution. Maybe this is as good as it gets?

The Security System we brought is great. We can check on our house and dogs when we are away.

I really am glad I purchased my Arlo, I will be buying one more camera soon.

So far, so good… It was very easy to set up. The only thing I don’t like is it’s too easy to steal them… I affixed a cable and drilled out the screws so they can’t be unscrewed but someone could still use wire cutters. Hopefully I’ll get them on camera if they do :-) I’ve tested out the talking/listening feature. It’s like a walkie-talkie where you push the button to talk but can’t hear while you’re talking…

As long as you have internet it's a good product .

This is a nice camera system. The only cons is sometimes it starts recording too late. At least one of my 15 cameras doesn’t record much motion. It’s hard to see in that rain. Other than that it’s awesome. I know what’s going on all around my house at all times. I don’t like the email notifications though
