Hidden secret
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The only problem is that the batteries can only be charge in the camera itself . So you have to remove them from where they are mounted. to charge cameras any time that they need to be charged. This becomes a major problem if they are mounted high on a structure. They lie on the package and don't tell you that buying a separate battery is useless ,you need to purchase a separate battery CHARGING STATION FOR $59.00 to charge batteries you have purchase separately . Note if you put the cameras too low they become easily compromise or stolen! Note also the charging station are not available any where all the sites that arlo recommends for purchase are not in stock or available blaming arlo for the shortage . If not for the amount of money invested I would just return the whole thing back

Nice camera

The reason for 4 stars is because the app was a little confusing that we had to call in to have customer service help us, but once you get the hang of the camera it works very well. I plan to buy an additional camera soon, but so far I love it.
