Arlo pro works great the only problem is the intercom is very very low you can hear very good and I replace the kit twice because one camera keeps going offline so if you experienced any problems with the camera you just have to keep replacing the kit into you find that the cameras are all working good that's what had to do which on my third replacement kit everything work good

This camera has awesome resolution. Alarm is loud. 2 way talk. Great buy.

I originally purchased the two pack and realized I waned one more! I got these professionally installed as they were mounted outdoors on my balcony and one directly on my pets. I also decided to add one facing my back door. I love the peace of mind I have on my home now with access via my phone as well as through my google assistant video hub.

We just purchased a new home and will be starting renovations soon. The Arlo will give us peace of mind knowing who is there at all times without having to be there ourselves. There is a pretty long lag time (about 20 seconds) when you watch the video live but we are pleased overall.

We were looking for something easy to install, low maintenance, and without a monthly price for surveillance. This has been just what we wanted. It took my husband about an hour to install, start to finish, 4 cameras! It alerts us when the delivery guys come, when someone drives up, and we can easily turn it off and do everything else we need from our phones. 5 stars for sure!

Working great! The fact that the batteries recharge makes a huge difference

I’ve used the cheaper camera systems and nothing compares to the versatility and ease of the Arlo camera system. I have purchased two cameras now and they are perfect with wireless connectivity to the home base. It is great for catching the delivery drivers throwing my packages at the door and breaking all my items I purchased on Amazon. Highly recommended.

My wife purchased these to install in her salon. Installation and setup was very easy, but that was the only good things about them for her usage. We installed 3 cameras inside, and 1 camera outside. The system was constantly notifying her of her own movement. That got really annoying really quick. After a couple of days of use we did figure out that you can disable notifications while you are there, but the problem with that is what if she forgot to re-enable them when she left? She would not be notified if anything happened while she was gone. She would end up just disarming the system, but then it does not record anything, or she would silence her phone and then she could miss important phone calls. Also with all of the notifications going off, it drained her phone battery pretty quick. With every notification there was a 10 second recording. She would have to go in and delete hundreds of 10 second useless clips from where she was moving around the salon. There would be times that she got notified, but there would be no associated video with it. At one point the app would only show one video. In other words, no matter what video you touched on to play, it would only play the very first video in the list. It did that for a couple of days. We were not happy with battery life of the cameras either. The one camera outside was constantly catching movement, and draining the battery. The batteries were at 100% charge when we installed them, and after one week, the outside camera was down to about 60%. At that rate, we would have to charge the batteries on that camera every month. I know that does not sound bad, but unless you buy the $60 charging kit on top of this $600 camera set, you have to take the camera down and plug the camera into the wall to charge it. With out that battery kit, the absolute only way to charge the camera is to take the camera off of the mount and plug it in. So during the time that that camera is being charged, you have no video on from where that camera was. I do not want to spend my time each month worrying about charging the cameras. Where her business is located, it is in a high traffic area so that outside camera went off all the time. There were times that we would check a notification, and the camera had triggered so late, that the person was only in frame for about 2 seconds. The last 8 seconds was of nothing but the sidewalk. Where the camera faced it had a good 60 foot clear view and it would not pick them up until the last 5 feet. This was with the camera set on 80% sensitivity. Most of the time you would see the top of the persons head as they walked by, because the recording started so late. Also if someone walked by and we got 8 seconds of nothing, then say 30 seconds later a car drove by, we would get another notification of the car, and see the tail end of it for 2 seconds followed by another 8 seconds of nothing. with all these things the system got very annoying very quick and my wife returned them. For the $600 dollar price tag, they are not worth the effort for a business or high traffic area. For home use they probably would be fine. We were not happy with them, and are happy now that we no longer receive all of the notifications.
