I purchased the Arlo camera system to cover a few areas that I didn't have cameras on. I like the fact that they are wireless so they can be moved quickly. I use the m outside. but if i am going to be away, i simply put them up inside my home. They are a great security investment. Performance rating is a 10.

It's okay. My main complaint is the price. It's set too high for a simple camera system. I would have to swap out the battery every month of heavy use. Go wired if you can.

Spent over $ 700 on a Arlo Pro September 16, 2017. Shortly thereafter Arlo comes out with a new and improved model Arlo Pro 2. Why didn’t Best Buy let it be known a new model was coming only a week later??? No, not happy at all.

Before you buy TRY to get a hold of support and good luck! Out of 4 cameras the infrared started causing problems on one of the cameras and it records every minute even when there's no motion. After 30 minutes of trying to contact support i had to settle for chatting online because their website will not give you a contact number. After chatting for over 1hr the problem is still not fixed, i was supposed to contact them today, however, their chat is not working, their website wont give a contact number and I had to email them instead because its the only way i can contact them. The system seems to do the job, all other 3 cameras work flawless, however, i paid 650 and all 4 should work flawless. If I don't get a response within 4 days I will return this product even though I don't think i will find one like it. This will make is my second return for this product which is a shame because its a really awesome product when it works.

This DIY security system is great! I can monitor my home inside and out. The setup was simple and the benefits are excellent! Not having to pay any monitoring fee is exactly what I was looking for. The mobile application allow me to be at home when I'm far away, I still see what is going on!

The cameras were very easy to setup and very good clarity. Had a small with the ac adapter/charger but arlo’s customer service resolved the issue and sent us a new one. Overall the unit is a good value.

I wanted to couple of wireless cameras to provide some security of my house. These work perfectly and were simple to install. Setting up the app was a little confusing because my model of camera was not specifically called out like the other models were but I figured it out after a few minutes.

So easy to install. Got the first one working at the front door in 15 min. Now I know when a package is delivered and who's been at the door when I'm away. I've had the full system up and working for over a month.....no problems.

This system is very easy to setup and install. Every thing is working with not one problem. High resolution cameras work great. Best part is the motion detector. When anything triggers it, you will get a warning on your smart phone within seconds. Buy this for your security system, you will be glad you did.

The top perks of this security camera over its competitors is the free 7-day video records. Having the free storage is an awesome peace of mind. My only knock for this camera is it’s magnetic base. It makes it easy to setup but I’m worried someone could walk right up and steal the camera from the base.

Seems to run down batteries too quick. Added the extension cord to 1 camera. The other camera loses night vision every time I charge the battery.

I like these camera's, they are very flexible and because they are wireless I can place them where I want to. I've had them for 2 months now and they really help my feeling of security. They have a speaker built in and they work good. I talk to my dogs when I'm away from the house. Great video at night as well.

I installed the two cameras and they are working fine, except for one that is not detecting motion all the time. I may need to replace it. But their look and simplicity makes them good security cameras.

My husband and I were looking for a wireless security camera system. After doing some research we decided wireless may not be the way to go but decided to try the Arlo. We bought the 4 pack and couldn't be any more pleased. Easy to use, theres almost no installation and the phone app is very user friendly.

Super easy to set up but once it was we realized that the quality wasn't as great as it thought it was 720P is only good for up to a few feet before it gets blurry

The Arlo Q is excellent. The wireless Pro drops signal. I have to wait upon trying to view a device; close app and come back. Overall is a great product when has clean connection. I have plenty of band width and all that.

good system but needs to have better updates to the system. motion don't record and it is because the system didn't update fully. Very easy to restart the box but a pain to have to do all the time.

Easy to hook up and get going....still troubleshooting placement and false alerts...wish the time delay from motion to record wasnt so long..roughly 4-6 seconds maybe longer...far from perfect but hopefully better then nothing.

Arlo works great, and easy to install wireless cameras were just what I needed. I have two issues though - Sometimes it doesn't record immediately after motion (hopefully a firmware update will fix it) and it doesn't work below certain temperatures (I'm in Minnesota and it gets very cold here).

I purchased this to keep an eye on the kids and nanny while me and my wife are at work. It was a very easy set up and they have been working great. No issues at all. I saw complaints about the volume when using the microphone, but the quality sounds good to me. Will definitely be adding more cameras.
