The salesman was awesome!! I do not know him personally but he is the difference for Tempe market place Best Buy. People like him are the reason companies excel and succeed.

Being a wireless option, saves time money and hassle from installing cat5e. We will see on battery life, but for a quick system where video is needed, this does the job!

Good system, alarm is pretty loud. only thing I dislike is there is no explanation of the settings. other than that it was ready to go right out of the box.

I love how the Arlo Pro is able to "pre-record" before the action happens! I have a problem with my skybell camera, it takes 6 seconds to take up and start recording! how annoying! but with my arlo pro and arlo Q plus I totally catch everything!!

They have worked wonderfully on everything except I can’t get them to record when a car drives by the house. Still working on figuring that out.

They are good camera's but heat sensitive and where I wanted to place them, they didn't work out for me. I had to return them.

Good. But sometimes the motion detection doesn't catch somethings. I think it has to do with our internet service where we live.

We are trying to use it in place of baby monitors. Battery dies overnight when you live stream all night long so sucks but quality and everything else is good. Meant for occasionally checking in, not how we’re using it.

I really like the picture but there is to much delay before recording starts. So I took it back to get the Pro2.

Gives me access in areas where I can't or don't want to run power or other wires. Yes a little lag but if you position right it shouldn't matter. Plan too add one or two more

This product is amazing! It has given me the piece of mind I have been looking for. When I am away, I am able to utilize my smart phone to track delieveries and keep an eye on the kids when they come home from school. This is a great buy.

This is my 2nd go round with the Arlo System. The camera work well off of WiFi. I just upgraded my system to 4 camera. I passed my 1st Arlo Camera Security System to my sister to use in her home. They love it.

This a great security system for the outside of your house, especially for beginners. It has 2 way sound & you can watch in live time with just a couple seconds delay.

I like the one camera that is sync, but can’t figure out how to sync the other three yet. Haven’t had enough time to read more tips online and the manual is vague.

No tech needed here. I review these , talked to Best Buy tech who actually showed me these same camera currently in his home. purchased them, had them set up in less than 15 minutes! Great video camera, keeps dogs and kids in line!

I recently purchased this item and believe it is a GREAT PRODUCT. The only I do NOT like is the connectivity. It seems to cut in and out or disconnect completely at times.

I have recommended this system. Easy to install and use. Slight delay on the intercom feature u have to get used to but great system that allows you to add own hard drive back up.

The first model had better picture quality. However the battery sucked. This model the battery life is great !

A friend has the Arlo 2 and I feel the Arlo’s video clarity is just as good. Battery lasts longer than I anticipated based on reviews. Would recommend.

Easy to use. One camera has a battery that won't stay charged. It was set up outside. I don't think they are meant for cold climates. Inside they work fine.
