Pros I can view anywhere anytime when I feel like it. Cons does not detect motion through glass

My husband is probably going to buy more cameras! It's very clear and picks up every detail. Great for security or catching your kids being goofy!

It's good to have, but the app is pathetic. It works fine until you really need it. When you are home just playing around with the app/camera it makes you feel happy about the purchase, but when you're away from home and have to deal with the fact that in many cases it takes so long for the camera status, you realize that your home can be burglarized b4 you can even get the camera started. The app is WEAK(I hear the update is even worse), maybe that's due to streaming or WiFi, but my internet is strong. If u turn the app on to check your cameras, be ready 75% of the time to just wait & wait for it to load. Even recorded video can take long to buffer. It's still gives a sense of security though. I'm not sure if the purchase of a plan automatically gives you better footage or app, but if that is the case, Arlo intentionally has a trash app.

I would definitely recommend Arlo for home security and or anything you want to keep an eye on.

Everything works as it should. Only complaint has nothing to do with the camera, but my internet makes live streaming impossible

Arlington Pro is 10 times better then the regular Arlo, it is worth the extra money!!

True wireless with rechargeable battery, hope they are cheaper then I could get a couple more.

Wow, this system is impressive. Pros: Cameras are 720p I believe and the images look good. There is a bit of a delay but not bad when view live video and using the 2 way audio to talk back and forth. Night vision is adequate for about 15 to 20 feet. You can adjust the sensitivity of the motion detection, and the duration of the recordings once motion is detected. You can choose push notifications by motion or audio detection on your phone app and/or email. You can setup/use just about everything the same whether from the computer browser login or the phone apps. You can activate the siren (which is very loud) on the base station by motion detection or MANUALLY by the computer or phone app. You can add a USB memory stick or Hard drive to the Base Station to have local recordings of what goes to the Cloud Storage, it will overwrite older videos first as it gets full. Basic No-subscription Account is for up to 5 cameras and 7 days Cloud Storage. Battery Life is amazing, have yet to come close to discharging the factory charge the rechargeable batteries came with. The magnetic mounts that are included work very well and allow you to swivel quite a bit (they are rounded), and should work very well for indoor use. Cons: This system as of now does not work with my home automation controller of choice which is Wink. I hope it will in the future. Older Arlo cameras and the direct to Wi-Fi Arlo Qs (no base station) do work with Wink, so there is hope there. Batteries have to be recharged in the camera via supplied USB charger or with a separately purchased charging station, also doesn't come with any spare batteries. The excellent magnetic mounts that come with the unit aren't really practical for outside security cameras (too easy to take the camera), but you can purchase separately outdoor screw in mounts that work well. Notes: The wireless range allowable from the base station (which you plug into your router/switch/extender with a Ethernet cable) is impressive, but will be affected by the materials the signal is passing through. This system is by NETGEAR and worked flawlessly with my NETGEAR Wi-Fi system, no interference. If you do have some interference (camera images less than ideal or Wi-Fi connection problems on devices nearby) first try to move the base station (tethered with an Ethernet cable) further away from the router or extender its attached to.

The system would not automatically reconnect to the internet if the internet connection blinked. If you are not going to be home for days and the system is offline until you manually reset it then the system is no good. Do not buy this system until they fix that feature.

I wish the batteries lasted a little longer, but all in all a great camera system

The security cameras have given us the sense of security, especially when you can view live every second. I recommend the ones with night vision.

This Product is definitely a competition for other ones on the market by far right now I would recommend

Very good. Only thing is that bees set off the motion. Haven't gotten it adjusted for this yet.
