I am on the free trial with Arlo, but I believe they will continue to work with out plan, but there will be no recordings. Which is okay. Thought I needed more cameras but these have such a wide angle of view the 3 are perfect

These worked perfectly since they can easily be mounted/unmounted. No permanent wiring either. Only gripe is that it requires recharging the batteries every so often, but that was expected.

Easy Set-Up / Great During the Day / OK at Night

I gave it 4 stars for two reasons. The first is that we have animals at night in the yard, which the system is great at seeing and recording them, but the image quality in the dark doesn’t really let you see what kind of animal. Secondly the monthly fee for the app is $200-$300 a year to be able to use the majority of the features. Most of the systems require this. If you actually want to record 24/7 it would be an additional $45/month for my 3 camera.
