Works very well but I wish it was 4 K. Camera was easy to set up.

Amazing system! I love the notification alerts because it allows you glance at your phone without having to open the app. It tells the difference between movements like animals, humans, vehicles, fire, and etc.

Have Arlo cameras installed to help monitor aging family member and it has been a lifesaver and provides great peace of min. Best of all it was very simple to set up as I’m not tech savvy at all!

Works great at first. I purchased two sets of these to put around my property due to reasons, no even 6 months in, battery life sucks, can’t just open the camera to change the battery, have to pry it open and pray you don’t break the whole device!! Not just one of them but all 5 of them!! I say 5 because the 6th one works of course but it has a water spot inside the device right in the center of the lens so it’s useless to even capture anything… not to mention the expense of the subscription after the trail period is over!!!! Plus what I paid to get them, I did my reviews of the product and thought it was a good deal and price for them! And turns out it’s not worth the expense.

Good quality camera, easy set-up and operation on the Arlo app.

Cameras work great. Took a minute to get them to work with my Eero mesh system, but works great now.

I had experience with other camera, but Arlo surprised me with quality . The videos are clear and love that I could speak through from the app. That is definitely a must have security camera.

This is a great setup security system. I have been able to monitor my home when I'm away in 2k. Thanks Arlo

As a longtime Arlo product owner, this was a fantastic “upgrade” deal! I own and operate 10 cameras and these IMHO are the best of them all! The quality and response is excellent.

I’ve had to send off for two replacement cameras to Arlo and they keeping adding to their troubleshooting and still are currently refusing to send a camera that actually works. When the cameras work they are great but such a pain to install. I’d recommend the pro 4 it’s so much easier to install

Purchased camera to replace my Arlo Essential camera, I have been with the Arlo family for over 7 years and they are quality cameras. Best Buy really packaged and shipped my order in a timely manner and I will continue to use both.

Good resolution, easy to connect , obviously one of the best home cameras , need to see about the battery life , because I feel doesn’t keep long enough but other than that ok.

These are operated via a phone app which is not exactly the best. You can't turn cameras off and on individually. This would be helpful so you can have your outdoor cameras running while your indoor cameras are off. You get a notification every time the camera detects something (which is what they are for), but when you are home and walking around, it can be annoying. The wifi connection is not great. They disconnect constantly, and in order for you to reconnect, you have to manually reset them. This is obnoxious when you have outdoor cameras that are mounted high off the ground, so you have to get a ladder everytime. It's also frustrating when it happens while you are away from home, which again, is the whole point of have security cameras. There have been several times when we believe there has been an intruder (because we see things have been moved, or placed in a spot), but the camera doesn't detect anything. All in all, buy a different security system. These ones have been pretty inconsistent and unreliable for us.
