I couldn’t add the cameras to my Google home so I removed them and tried to re-add. They are no longer able to connect and after several chats and emails, arlo customer service stopped responding and nothing was fixed. I can still view on arlo app fine so will keep it since I have a few cameras.

Don’t buy from “Best Buy”!

In fact, if you don’t buy a base station you can only see live video, and the video you do shoot isn’t recorded. On top of that the Arlo customer service chat line was not very helpful. It took hours of trying one chat agent after another to even discover this! The Best Buy agent was deceptive.

I have Arlo pro 2 cameras at another home and you can capture and save videos for 7 days without a plan. I'm thinking about returning these cameras and getting some that don't require a plan so expensive to save videos.

Right now there is one battery pack I’m keeping my eye on… seems to not last as long as the other two. Happy with my purchase so far
