    Latency in event notification and needs 2.4ghz

    The streaming has big gap/latency after the event. Also, to setup you have to be on 2.4ghz wifi connection which is little annoying as you have to configure your router or mesh to separate between 2.4ghz and 5ghz

    As a camera its good, but not being able save video or photo without a subscription is a consumer rip off

    Do not buy…if you don’t wanna pay for a subscription! Will either need the hub or pay for cloud storage… had older Arlo and you could view recording for a short period of time… these do not do that!

    Easy installation works good for a week but after that battery drained real fast we have to keep charging batteries every other week I had to re adjust my zones and it just keeps draining. It’s hard to take battery out to change aswell it keeps getting stuck! It was easy at the beginning but within time it’s hard. I don’t even have a year with them cameras don’t like them I prefer the previous version

    We bought this item a few months ago. We had problems with it immediately, spent hours trying to get it to work, but we were unsuccessful. We tried to take it back, but the store said we couldn't because we had to deal with the manufacturer. Arlo could not help us, and when we tried to take it back to the store again, they said we were past the return policy date. Do not buy this product or shop at Best Buy!

    Coundn't get the new cameras to connection with orginal Arlos. Don't like the updated app or the construction of the cameras.
