    I was told when i purchased the system that there was no charge for there service. well 30 days later they cut me off from lokking at the system and said we had to pay for it. well i guess the sales person lied to us.

    Camera did not record after 7 days, spotlight is only good for 7 days, need to subscribe for a monthly subscription.

    The cameras are fine, but the included mounts are high security and pretty inflexible because it. They have a limited mounting angle and aren't compatible with most existing mounts if like me you were hoping to replace old cameras using magnetic or Outdoor mounts. Unless you need the secure mounting option, I'd find another way to purchase.

    Don't buy from Best Buy or Arlo

    Only work 50% of the time. Best buy reps have been out 5 times and still have problems and now am not getting a response to next step.

    there’s a time delay when the cameras go off and notify you. I was paying a certain amount every month and they raised it without letting me know.

    Not too happy with them things can't even stay hooked up they're offline and I can't seem to get them hooked back on I can't keep paying $130.00 for you guys to come out here

    Really excited about purchasing these, then I tried to use them. the sound was horrible and don't even try to transmit with them, people could not understand a word. I called customer service they did not get back to me till two days later, by that time I told them to forget about it because I already returned them. Also sometime between initially calling customer service and getting that call two days later, I called back and was told I was not eligible for technical support. I returned them and went with Nest.
