Ive had the arlo pro cameras with the hub station for many years now and no issues. I recently purchased the arlo pro 5s cameras under the impression they would work with my hub station which they did until the subscription expired. Now im stuck with them because its to late to return them. The subscription is too much. Now i have three cameras that do nothing!

Need a phone inn Best Buy to get true answers

Called Best Buy and i explained my problem. I told them it was a 3 pack. Said i could just bring it bsck and they would replace it. So i drove quite some wayonly to bd told no. I would have to bring all back. 2 wete already up n mounted. So upset and did not go back. Said they were aware of problem.
