    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

    I have enjoyed the ease of use of these cameras. Unfortunately, the customer service is obscene in it's inability to help resolve even the slightest of issues. My experience was so bad that chose to close my account! In fact, the guy in India that was "helping" me via chat refused to close my account so I had to go to the bank and close my debit account.

    Garbage customer service and cameras

    Worked ok until it just quit. I tried calling customer service. It's horrible. Strongly recommend trying to find the phone number or seeing how to contact them before buying. I absolutely hate it. I spent 500 in cameras for them to just become a paperweight. Now I have to buy a whole new system.

    I have bought several sets. Batteries last a year. System is a pain to sync. Customer service is not the best. Cameras don’t last outside in Florida. Waste Of money. Buy American.

    Product only captures on one device. Ai is not intelligent enough to tell the difference between a tree blowing in the wind vs a human. Cannot record contineous like all other securoty systems.

    These are garbage

    The video is not clear in the day time theres red and at nighttime its blurry even with spot light on. I will be returning as I’ve already replaced 3 of the 6 cameras and its still doing it. These are definitely not worth the money spent. Time to look at a whole different system and not arlo I’m very disappointed. It wont even allow me to upload the pics I have even their system know they are junk.

    Awful app connectivity

    This product f'n sucks. It's been an HOUR and these cameras STILL won't connect to the app. I've done everything it says and it just sucks.

    Terrible product. I'm unsure why best buy would continue to sell anything from Arlo. The solar panels never work more than a few months and the cost is ridiculous considering you have to have a subscription for these to work.

    You cannot set this device up with the s22 ultra or pixel 7/pro running Android 13 as of dec 8, 2022. Junk software. Will revise if issues are fixed.
