I have been using Arlo for several years now and have continued to upgrade. After using other similar type at home cameras I'm very happy with these. They are easy to connect and setup, have better battery life than others, however if you have high traffic I recommend getting the solar panels, they are worth it. The app is easy to use and has a great interface. The quality of images and video is also great and there isn't much of a lag which was a big problem that i had with other brands.

Cameras are good, great quality. The base is already installed so you cannot add an extension arm so if it is not an angle you want, then it is going to be hard to install. If i knew that first, I would have purchased ones without the base installed, but either way the camera is great. Install is EXTREMELY easy.

Cameras have a great quality picture and setup is very easy we unfortunately had one camera that was not working out of the box.

Very Nice quality cameras, physical installation is pretty easy. Needed to contact customer support on multiple occasions to actually set up and configure the system. I’m a senior citizen and can do many techie things but I needed to work with Arlo support and my ISP to get this to set up correctly cuz I don’t understand about opening ports and switching my router from 5ghz to 2.4 ghz. A younger more techie person would be fine. Arlo support and my ISP WERE VERY helpful. Didn’t come with a manual and I like a hard copy. Will have to go online and get that if possible to figure out how to work this.

If I were you, looking for a security or monitoring solution, I’d say Arlo Pro 5 is one of the best wireless/security cameras out there right now if you’re willing to pay for the extras. The picture and night vision improvements make it worth the jump over cheaper models, and the smart features genuinely help reduce noise in alerts and improve what you can capture. If money is tight, or you want minimal ongoing fees, you’ll want to compare with lower‑cost models that have fewer bells and whistles but maybe still “good enough” for basic surveillance

Fairly easy to set up. Firmware updates automatically happened and you may think you have connection problems when this occurs (offline) but if you wait it out they’ll reconnect. Batteries last quite some time! One has 18% left just short of three weeks (activated quite often with cats we have in the backyard); another 59% the same length of time. Easy to control notifications. Very pleased. Picture quality is good.

Bought during a sale. Image quality is good, with many customizing options. This makes it difficult to figure out how to set it up for exactly what you want though. The small spot light doesn't illuminate more than several feet, so get the larger spotlight version if you mount this higher to cover a larger area. It took quite a lot of work and troubleshooting to get the cameras to connect to the wifi, and I really don't know what I did to get it to start working.

Video subscription service is on the high side but quality and ease of install as well as battery life has been top tier.

I waited until the Pro 5S went on sale. Great cameras! Excellent color with zoom capability. I wish they would have come in a 4-pack. I recommend you buy a solar panel for each camera...the battery will stay charged almost always...minus a few super cloudy days. I have yet to bring in a battery and charge it on the charger. Easy to connect to your WiFi. I connected each one separately to WiFi then went outside my house and attached them. The app works pretty well.

Easy setup, good battery life and so far the quality has been excellent.

It’s one of the best cámaras I’ve ever had, be good quality.

We’re really enjoying this camera. Set up was simple, install took all of 2 minutes, and it’s very easy to take the battery out to charge. We really like the app, the options to arm it as home or away or standby so you’re not receiving a million notifications when you’re home.

Works great take great pictures and i like 2k pictures are great when taken at night

Extremely easy to set up and install, would have finished it in 30 minutes if my screw gun battery hadn't been dead. Images are crystal clear and I love that after the 2.4 ghz setup it was a one button push in settings to switch to 5 ghz. you will nor be disappointed

The Best Buy Arlo Pro 5S 2K camera pack with batteries and charger pack is awesome. Very simple to install and add to my other previous Arlo cameras. The cameras were easily added to my existing Arlo Hub and these new Pro5S 2k cameras are simply outstanding. The images and video are amazing, and the spotlight makes the images even clearer and in color! Best Buy had a special buy on these cameras and battery packs and you can't beat this bundle price! Thank you Best Buy!

The first 30 days (when the Arlo plan trial is active) everything is smooth and perfect but if you choose not to enrol and go with local storage using the base and a flash drive, the cameras will randomly loose connection, crazy slow when loading in, the option to view videos while on local will sometimes not even show. Camera quality is good but very frustrating to work with.
