    I replaced some older Arlo cameras with these Pro5S cameras. They work well. They also have a security screw so you can't tamper with them and remove the battery. They work well with my wifi router. The app is pretty good too.

    Great price I had to return them because the 5s cameras need to update to a new app. This is the only camera in the Arlo cameras that runs a different app.

    Great help with personal security. Batteries are an issue. I have security problems and the cameras really help. I have difficulty hearing conversations and identifying people, but that may be because of the quality of my phones, or my hearing may be weak.

    Great camera, pricy subscription to save video

    The camera itself it great quality, but you cannot save any video capture without a subscription plan, which is very expensive. $19 per month for multiple cameras. I have Arlo pro 2 cameras at another home and you can capture and save videos for 7 days without a plan. I'm thinking about returning these cameras and getting some that don't require a plan so expensive to save videos.

    I had Arlo for a while now and upgraded to the new cameras and was not aware that the new cameras require a subscription and the old cameras you can back the videos up to a usb for free

    Not too happy with them things can't even stay hooked up they're offline and I can't seem to get them hooked back on I can't keep paying $130.00 for you guys to come out here

    Bought Arlo cameras back in 2018 and they just stopped working. After much frustration, finally got a hold of Arlo suppot and I was told they're old and will no longer work. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? I then made the biggest mistake ever and bought these Arlo cameras. I cannot connect them to the outside mounts that I arleady have. Then I found out there is an outrageous monthly fee if I want to keep any recordings. Trying to reach customer service is next to impossible. I returned these and went with Ring security cameras and I love them. Stay away from Arlo.

    Upgraded my old arlo pro 2's for these, loses internet conntion a few times when 1st hooked up but since then flawless.

    Cameras do not hold a charge more than 4 or 5 days at the most, very clear video is a plus

    Very poor quality and performance.

    Very, very unhappy with this system. I have 5 cameras, including a wired doorbell that, after several attempts, must be taken down to continually reset as the reset button is on inside of unit, making it difficult to access. Two cameras have solar panels that never work to fully charge the units and they are in direct sunlight! I have to continually climb a ladder and swamp out batteries. If they do charge to maybe 50%, if I am lucky, it doesn't last. I am so upset that I have to spend even more money to replace this security system that is essential these days. What a waste of money!!!
