I bought this this camera so I can view it on my phone or tablet. I have two other cameras that I do so. But this camera requires a subscription to do so. They give you a trial of seeing your videos until you can't return the camera. Then you are no longer able to view your videos or return the camera. Trying to force you to buy a subscription. This company was not like that before. I will never buy from this company ever again. One word I would describe them is DECEPTIVE.

Great resolution and nice features on zones. A big change from previous version.

It records very well, I feel safer and it is very easy to program it.

I hope there are no problems. I had been having problems since the 1st cameras were installed. They were switched out twice and now seem to work.

Great quality and very easy to use app. My second set because I liked the first one so much I decided to add more to my home for protection. The auto detection and notification is also spot on.

Have Arlo cameras installed to help monitor aging family member and it has been a lifesaver and provides great peace of min. Best of all it was very simple to set up as I’m not tech savvy at all!

The delay on the wireless system is not really what I expected. It''s over 10sec delay. I had wifi signal enhancer close to the device and still the delay was not what I would expect based on BBY sales person recomendations. I got stuck, could not return item as my return period expired. I took too long to install them and realize of the cons of the system

The pro 5s cameras would have been nice if I could have gotten them hooked up to the wifi, had to take them back and get pro 4s again

Arlo cameras do all the things for our household!!! From watching kids enter to notifying us when someone arrives to Leaves !!! Also many cool options for the different cameras

Arlo is a trusted brand so expect quality. However in setting it up, a 2.4 router is needed.

I had experience with other camera, but Arlo surprised me with quality . The videos are clear and love that I could speak through from the app. That is definitely a must have security camera.

over all camera is prity decent but really limited access when you have no subscription. Only notification but no recording at all without subcription.

Camera works good. Does need the solar panel if the camera is placed in an area with a lot of motion. The batteries don't last that long.

I do not see much difference in video quality between the Arlo Pro2 and the Arlo Pro 5S. I did however find the batteires drain almost instantly (1-2 days in constant motion) The Arlo Pr 5S do a much better job at notifications and connectivity. My meeds require tobbe able to see license plates, with the cameras mounted 15ft in the air and 20ft from the street. With my experience, the Arlo Pro2 is able to just barely make out license plates, i see no difference with the Pro 5S unfortunately.

We love our security system. The Geek squad did a fantastic job installing it for us. We recently returned from vacation. While away we were able to check on our property every day in real time. it gave a a real sense of security and piece of mind.
