I called customer service they did not get back to me till two days later, by that time I told them to forget about it because I already returned them. Also sometime between initially calling customer service and getting that call two days later, I called back and was told I was not eligible for technical support. I returned them and went with Nest.

They have a limited mounting angle and aren't compatible with most existing mounts if like me you were hoping to replace old cameras using magnetic or Outdoor mounts. Unless you need the secure mounting option, I'd find another way to purchase.
