    It has a good view angle. I must say that it did capture our wide and long driveway at a good angle. However, the battery didn’t last even two days and I totally missed when people would come up the driveway also couldn’t hear anything. The audio was super static I ended up returning it and going with something else.

    I was told when i purchased the system that there was no charge for there service. well 30 days later they cut me off from lokking at the system and said we had to pay for it. well i guess the sales person lied to us.

    Awesome cameras for sure. Ive had the arlo pro cameras with the hub station for many years now and no issues. I recently purchased the arlo pro 5s cameras under the impression they would work with my hub station which they did until the subscription expired. Now im stuck with them because its to late to return them. The subscription is too much. Now i have three cameras that do nothing!

    Shipping was on time.. overall product is good just the battery dies fast and the cameras have lag time

    Need a phone inn Best Buy to get true answers

    Bought this. When we went to hook them up sll but 1 worked. Called Best Buy and i explained my problem. I told them it was a 3 pack. Said i could just bring it bsck and they would replace it. So i drove quite some wayonly to bd told no. I would have to bring all back. 2 wete already up n mounted. So upset and did not go back. Said they were aware of problem.

    New is not always better

    I am unable to rate this item. I also bought a new base station. When made the change of base station a new Arlo app appeared. I am now unable to load the new base station and therefore I am unable to up load the cameras.

    Not too happy with them things can't even stay hooked up they're offline and I can't seem to get them hooked back on I can't keep paying $130.00 for you guys to come out here

    Don't buy from Best Buy or Arlo

    Only work 50% of the time. Best buy reps have been out 5 times and still have problems and now am not getting a response to next step.

    Came with a defective battery.

    Not sure on quality of camera. Have not been able to use it. Came with a defective battery. Spent approx. 1 - 1/2 hour on phone trouble shooting to determine it was a defective battery. Now I'm waiting for Arlo to send be a replacement battery. I sure hope that one is not defective!

    4 cámaras were installed. The next day only 2 cámaras worked. I contacted BEST BUY to advice them of the problem; after many calls to different people, finally I spoke with the right person. To come to my house and fix the cameras, it was a “charge”, even though they were just few days old. I told the guys I was leaving the country the next day and needed someone right away… NO CHANCE…. Now few weeks later, only ONE CAMERA WORKS. As soon as I come back to Houston I’m returning those pieces of junk .

    I tried to pair this to my network and could never get my network to see it. I tried all of the tricks I could find in help areas to no avail. So I returned it and got a PRO 4 and it works beautifully.

    One week after installing my Pro 5S cameras stopped recording. Live feed works but motion detection not working. My arlo doorbell camera installed 2 years ago still working fine.

    I have no other choice but to purchase other set of cameras. Because. Previous stop working and warranty did not covered since Best Buy employee Oceanside store madd big mistake not transferred warranty to right cameras cooperate services even worst they refunded warranty without my approval worst costumer service ever.

    Costs Money to use

    I bought these to replace my existing Arlo cameras that I didnt need to pay for a plan to use. Now 60 days after i bought them, the cameras are absolutely useless without me paying for a plan. If I wanted to pay for a plan i would have bought a ring.
