    The cameras are better built than our original ones however had to call for assistance for installation. The app is not very user friendly.

    Outof the 3 cameras only one stayed connected. One drained every battery and the other wouldnt connect or update. The quality isn't 4k like it said.

    Bought this brand of cameras working perfectly no issues most of all mo wires needed easy to setup just what i needed.

    Great camera with a wide view. Doesn’t have to be on the Arlo base can go straight to wi-fi

    The Image is crispier than the essentials. And they see more sturdy than the other ones..

    The quality and connectivity is subpar for the price you pay, especially for monitoring. The Arlo app is expensive when comparing to other brands, and then you have to pay to be able to scrub the clips forward or back, and that’s ridiculous. We sadly returned after a week and went another route. Also, don’t expect their wireless 2K to be a clear pic.

    I bought this this camera so I can view it on my phone or tablet. I have two other cameras that I do so. But this camera requires a subscription to do so. They give you a trial of seeing your videos until you can't return the camera. Then you are no longer able to view your videos or return the camera. Trying to force you to buy a subscription. This company was not like that before. I will never buy from this company ever again. One word I would describe them is DECEPTIVE.

    Arlo Tech Support useless; you're on your own

    When the cameras work, they work great. One of the 3 cameras had a defective Night Mode that kept switching the IR off and on rapidly and continuously. Arlo tech support initially kept throwing FAQ responses to me. When I was finally able to send them a video of what the camera was doing, they escalated my case to the next tier. All that tier did was send me request after request for updates on my email account; they kept telling me it was an incorrect email address. They wouldn't help me until I told them I was returning the cameras for a refund. All of a sudden my email account was now "active" but my cameras were offline. Well yeah, I already boxed them up for the return. They wasted many hours of my time. It felt like they just wanted to get rid of me. Well, they succeeded.

    We bought this item a few months ago. We had problems with it immediately, spent hours trying to get it to work, but we were unsuccessful. We tried to take it back, but the store said we couldn't because we had to deal with the manufacturer. Arlo could not help us, and when we tried to take it back to the store again, they said we were past the return policy date. Do not buy this product or shop at Best Buy!

    I hope there are no problems. I had been having problems since the 1st cameras were installed. They were switched out twice and now seem to work.

    The pro 5s cameras would have been nice if I could have gotten them hooked up to the wifi, had to take them back and get pro 4s again
