    I bought these and they work great. But then it said that I need a monthly subscription to use the basic features. False advertising and greed. So I took them back.

    We bought the Arlo three pack cameras. When installing them only one camera worked. The other two kept telling me the batteries were rundown. I would hook the batteries into the charger and it would say that they were full. I switched it out with a camera that I did get working and the batteries worked for it. I have sent an email, but have never been contacted. I would appreciate some help.

    I prefer the Ring Spotlight cameras. Good picture quality, but didn't work for me.

    Would have liked if this set also came with the magnetic charging cable to attach directly to the body of the camera, but other than that no complaints!

    This unit replaced a camera that discharged batteries continusoly so works great and as advertised great arlo camera.

    We had the arlo pro 2 setup for years before upgrading to this model. We have since sold this system for the Eufy system. We absolutely loved Arlo, BUT… when completing the necessary app updates for the updated system, we lost our 1 week of free recording access so now they force you to use a subscription. We tried the method of storing locally to a hard drive, only to find it misleading that u cannot view recordings when off your network. What’s the point of having a system to monitor when ur not at home when you can’t view the recordings? Our support for Arlo ends here… definitely recommend the Eufy systems tho as they give back the free access we’ve lost plus so much more for no monthly fees!

    I purchased the Arlo cameras in October 2024. I have had nothing but issues. Picture quality sucks, cant even get a license plate clearly, after midnight it forgets to record, battery life SUCKS, my street is busy, I am lucky to get 4 days out of it, when you turn off “audio detection” it still detects. Currently dealing with a camera that rarely gets set off, will not connect, arlo support couldnt help, my camera is also getting so hot, any metal burns you, not safe? I also have older Laview cameras that are 10x better in every aspect. Dont waste your money. ;)

    I have the pro series seems these updates are cheap and easy to break not really worth the price

    Extremely happy after my recent upgrade from the pro 2. Nice addition that the newer cameras are backwards compatible with even that ancient base station.

    I bought a set and had it installed and it was faulty. It was nothing but problems. I returned them and was sent 3 more cameras which are so far working ok

    Definately not better than my ultra 2 as far as video quality. The only thing ive noticed is lomger battery life.

    Do not buy…if you don’t wanna pay for a subscription! Will either need the hub or pay for cloud storage… had older Arlo and you could view recording for a short period of time… these do not do that!

    Awful system. Batteries keep dying and they are terrible to get out of the units to charge. Can’t watch the cameras live without a multi minute delay, waste of money imo. Can’t return as the return as they died after the 14 day return window so we did not know the batteries would be stuck in them
