    Camera did not record after 7 days, spotlight is only good for 7 days, need to subscribe for a monthly subscription.

    I was looking on my arlo camera and arlo company locked me out. I couldn't get back in to view what was going on around my home. So, what good does this camera if you can't see what happening.

    I purchased these to upgrade from the bing cameras. I googled to see if these can be used without paying a monthly fee and everything said yes you can. I set them up and were great until my trail period ended and now they will not record just notify me of movement but do not record and you have to pay $20 or $30 a month for the camera to do the sole purpose of a camera and record.

    Easy installation works good for a week but after that battery drained real fast we have to keep charging batteries every other week I had to re adjust my zones and it just keeps draining. It’s hard to take battery out to change aswell it keeps getting stuck! It was easy at the beginning but within time it’s hard. I don’t even have a year with them cameras don’t like them I prefer the previous version

    Garbage could not get them to connect no matter what was on phone with Arlo several times there new app is no good

    I was unable to use it, the application doesn't have the model yet. I communicate with support and response was, wait for the update.

    Really excited about purchasing these, then I tried to use them. the sound was horrible and don't even try to transmit with them, people could not understand a word. I called customer service they did not get back to me till two days later, by that time I told them to forget about it because I already returned them. Also sometime between initially calling customer service and getting that call two days later, I called back and was told I was not eligible for technical support. I returned them and went with Nest.

    Would never buy one again. Just wanted to try it out but to see any video recordings you need to subscribe. Not another subscription no thanks.

    Great quality, but if you don't have a solar charger it dies in about 2 or 3 days. Hassle to keep putting up and down to charge.
