In general I'm very pleased with the product... It takes a while to get used to the specific of the communications via the camera.... it is like 1-2 minutes lacking behind.

This camera fit in well with the package I got. It allows you to speak to someone in the house and shows in 1080P. Great resolution. This one out of the set needs to be plugged but worth it for the added features.

This has great resolution in day light and night mode. Serves my purpose well for monitoring my home while away. Did have a problem when there was a power outage it did not reconnect as did my other Arlo outdoor cameras

Works as expected except I have noticed that sometimes a car will pull up and it will stop recording because the motion stops & then it doesn't record when the car leaves.

Nice clear image. I didn’t understand how it worked and then returned this and opted for the two cameras and base set in the end because it is expandable. Turns out very easy to set up.

Camera has clear images, but has a lag from the live view. But it does the job for a security camera

Won’t stay connected to internet and the app won’t open most of the time. Lost all my recordings.

I purchased this camera to replace a Samsung SmartCam that I was very disappointed with. The Arlo Q is excellent. I wish I would have bought it first and not wasted my money on the other one. Superb clarity.

Very good recording quality. Already have wireless arlo cameras. Added too areas where we could plug in and not burn up batteries.

This is a very good camera, but I returned it because I couldn't mount and orient it where I wanted to use it. It would be great if you can place it on a flat surface.

Other than the lag the Arlo-Q works great. I was surprised how well it works in very low light. I have yet to have any connection issue. The magnetic bottom is a great bonus.

Works well. Connects to a pot of my smart home tech. It's a little slow though. The lag is a little annoying. Other than that it does its job

I am getting great value from the (2) cameras I purchased. There are occasional issues with accessing the units, but usually works out within a few minutes.

Once you go trough the installation process (which is a bit complicated if you own a MAC) the camera works flawlessly. I got great thec support over the phone with followups. I really recommend this product.

Ok camera. Biggest problem is that is can miss recording activity in its short clips when the motion occurs late/after the initial start of recording.

I was pretty certain this was the device we needed, but after trying it out, I was definitely convinced. The power adapter's cord is very long and the device and notification options are fantastic.

I have two of these cameras in my mother's assisted living apartment and they provide me with the peace of mind knowing she is safe.

I was a bit skeptical purchasing this camera after having so many issues with the Samsung one that I purchased and quit before the warranty expired. Needless to say this camera is awesome.

We had the regular Arlo cameras. We switched to these in 2 of our rooms and allows us to keep an eye on our pets. Wished the volumn coming out of them was a little louder.
