||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This system is a joke, it’s was called NETGEAR, know it's ARLO made by NETGEAR and now they are trying to escape the NETGEAR name, Arlo the best system by CNET like to see that payoff. The nice cameras but if they don’t work with the system it’s useless, Lag time is so bad you are lucky to see the person leaving with my delivered purchases from the front door. Arlo support is just as much as useless after 2 hour’s documented on my phone they run you through a number of things and finally comes down to their system failure send you a mailer to send your box to them so they can send you another even when you subscribe to their new monthly plan that allows you to NOT know when your system is not working but give you 30 days of recording instead of seven 9.99/month for absolutely nothing.

Refurbished without Quality Control

Well I was wrong. The base will not pair with mt Galaxy 8, thaat I also bought from Best Buy. The system should be phenomenal as per what I reviewed but be careful on the Refurbished Product.

battery operated

Video quality bad and constantly disconnecting

Then it keep kept disconnecting from WiFi even though it was closer to the source than all the other cameras. I changed cords, batteries, etc but finally realized it was the camera. Very disappointed and I wish I could return it. As much as I spent trying to figure out the problem I couldn't bought a new camera instead of this refurbished one! SMH
