range is not as good as others also is nonrechargable like the originals I own

I bought this as a refurbished camera to save a little. Works like new. It also gave me additional coverage.

Beyond my expectations. if Im being picky I wish that the app loaded wuicker but overall great for security. The geofencing feature works very well.

I was extremely disappointed with the battery life on my cameras, 2-3 weeks. Tried 5 brand of batteries and use a $500 netgear wireless router. Netgear customer support SUCKS. If I treated my customers this way I would be without a job!! DONT buy these cameras.

Just opened today my fault there missing charging station and power cord. Always need to check product.

Bought this refurbished because of the $100 savings. Only 2 of the four cameras worked. Netgear /Arlo customer service is beyond horrendous. Spent hours each day for 5 days in a row with them. Unbelievably awful. System now works but don't waste time trying to same money. The refurbished isn't worth it

After buying one security device and 2 days later packed it up to find this system was well worth the money.

Was never able to use the camera. It needs a "base station" in order to use it but there was no mention of this in the product description or suggested item needed to go with it when I ordered it. May also require a subscription to Netgear (may or may not, wasn't able to tell). I was never able to use it as I thought I was buying a webcam. I opened the box and everything I needed looked to be there in terms of what the instructions said were included but when I read the install instructions it said you need a base station and I don't know what that is and it wasn't included in what I received. Best Buy wouldn't take it back as I missed the return deadline so I will basically toss it. The camera itself appeared to be in good condition, however, even though it said "refurbished,"

Very happy with the Arlo system. The refurbish camera has no problems. Clear recording.

My wife and I purchased this product thinking it would make a good baby monitor system that could double as a security system. While the product works well in the security realm - taking motion activated videos and storing them to be viewed from anywhere - the ability to watch realtime was not very good at all.

We love this security systems. wee have a total of 6 cameras now
