    I've had this device for a year now and it still doesn't work correctly or consistently. Getting it paired the first time is easy. KEEPING IT CONNECTED IS THE PROBLEM. To be clear, it NEEDS the phone in very close proximety is critical. I had several instances where it would un-pair the the phone and button got separated. Had to keep re-pairing and in three cases, it would not pair. Calling Arlo support will be the worst experience of your existence as it takes at least an hour to actually find someone who understands how the Safe app and button work. Arlo support is soul sucking and don't seem to care the product doesn't work. Brutal. Do NOT purchase this product.
