Works fine when not offline

This causes a great inconvenience as ALL devices need to be removed from the app and added back on, renamed, re-synched, etc. Time consuming issue that is becoming increasingly frustrating. System is good when not offline and user friendly when not offline.

Good little chime

It was very easy to install. I replaced my Ring Doorbell 1 with an Arlo Video Doorbell and Chime. There was a several second delay with the Ring Doorbell chime while the Arlo is instantaneous.
