    Have older Arlo system. These miss a lot of movement. However it may be that we need to "tweak". Had to buy an extra camera as the base set came wit only 2 cameras.

    I purchased the camera in the store as an addition to an existing system. When I got home I noticed that the boxes tape seal had been cut. When I took the camera out of the box, it was obvious by the poor packing and scratches on the camera that it wasn’t new. It was totally dead and didn’t work. Apparently someone returned it and Best Buy put it back in the box and sold the broken camera to me. This is the second time this has happened to me at my store. I have cancelled my Membership and will do no more business with Best Buy. Deceptive is being polite.

    Great Camera Hate the amount of Data Arlo Uses...google data usage and you'll be shocked, I've never hit overages until I installed Arlo and that's with my wife working from home, kids on tech and gaming, and schooling... If you want to save on data, the thing needs to be disarmed most of the time

    One Year Battery Lasts 2 Weeks

    Video resolution is great, but the "one year battery" only lasts us 2 weeks. Plan on hardwiring your power source. After paying ~$300 for the camera, had to pay another ~$300 for a base unit.

    I would give it a zero star but doesn’t have that option, it’s a money pit, plus you have to subscribe for storage, more money and if your camera doesn’t reach Wi-Fi signal, you have to buy a mesh Wi-Fi system, more money, does not record properly, is not 4K , my recommendation would be stick to wired cameras

    Horrible camera. Had their security system for years and they constantly disconnect. Purchased this one to replace another bad Arlo camera and this stopped working after a few weeks and can't get support form Arlo. There live support tells you to do the same thing over and over. Do not recommend their products.

    Garbage. Einstein could get this piece of junk to link. Best Buy means well, but the days of having tech savy "associates that know what fhey are selling are over. Nobody cares, but honeslty why should they.

    For some reason this camera failed to perform. Had to bring back and exchange. There was a lot of messed up pixels that distorted the recordings. This happens sometimes, unfortunately.
