Having Best Buy install them is the way to go. They are very professional. One suggestion is to buy extra batteries and have them ready for the cameras that have a lot of activity. Other than that we are very happy with the results.

Nice, clear camera viewing

I'd like them to be a little more real time. Seems to be about a 10 second delay with the wifi but that might just be my particular wifi. The light is decent but will not look like daylight. I would suggest separate motion detector lights with them if you want a good clear night picture. Very easy to watch on the app.

The cameras have some lag. Nothing that Best Buy is responsible for - totally on Arlo.

The 4K quality is superb and the battery life is fairly good for what it is. If you buy these, you’ll definitely feel more at ease in regards to potential thieves. With the 4K, you can easily see license plate numbers as well as a clear view of people’s faces

As first time home owners of an Arlo security system, we are just very impressed with the quality and ease of operation especially for non tech seniors like us! The value for the great sale price was an extra benefit as well. Great clarity with these cameras too. Couldn’t be happier!
