    Arlo - Ultra 2 Spotlight 3 Camera Security Bundle (13 pieces) - Indoor/Outdoor, Wireless, 4K System with Color Night Vision - It is a pretty good security bundle. It would be better if Arlo would quit sending the unexpected error messages after a few minutes & cutting you off.

    It takes too long to get app to show live feed. And the “live” feed is delayed at least 20 seconds. Not super helpful during a critical security incident. I have very fast fiber internet with an Eero 6 system. The delay is not from the connection speed. Perhaps it’ll get better as updates are rolled out.

    This system worked Great during the FREE Trial period. Then about 4 days after you start paying a monthly subscription it became very "glitchy". It no longer records every time there's movement. Even if you're standing directly in front of the camera moving around, the motion sensors wont trigger. So it will only record activity about half of the time. The other half you can view anything on live feed but it just doesn't record. Of course all of the problems started happening right after the return period time was up. If you pay for a system that won't do what it's designed to do (record activity in front of the camera and set of the motion detector) then it's pretty worthless.

    These are the best cameras I have ever used to put them outside the work put them inside the work I put them outside and 32° they work I put them inside it’s 68° they work

    Well I absolutely love this product and I love everything they make the only problem with the tower based system is their tower has no range and you have to buy a second one if you have a big house or if your cameras are too far from the base station

    I have the trio of Arlo cameras. I have two which are working great and one the Geek Squad technician is going to adjust. They provide a very clear picture of what is happening around my house,

    Worst purchase I have ever made.

    This is one of the worst purchases I have ever made. Cameras went off-line within 48 hours of installation. Base station would not format SD card. Most egregious: the company has NO interest in customer support. Impossible for me to find a way to speak with Customer Support. Packaging says live support is available within 90 days of purchase (I was within 2 weeks), but I could find no way to actually speak to tech support. I am returning this package asap. Spend $700 and have no customer support? I have no confidence in Arlo.

    Arlo Ultra 2 defective for a 3rd time. I'm done!

    I've had 3 Arlo cameras that have all failed with the 1st two years. This latest Ultra 2 spotlight 3 camera system only lasted 1 year with 2 of the cameras only capturing audio and not motion. Funny this is the audio is turned off! I've tried everything to fix the problem with each try ending the same - failure. The graphics too were not up to par for being 4K, but I'm not going to do into that because that is subjective. So I"m taking these back and losing my $89 for the 4-year warranty because of another defective product. Best Buy is making some easy money off me, they tell me that it's insurance for each incident, and I mention to them that it should be insurance for the 4 years that I"m paying for, but this is another story. I'm now going to try EUFY cameras, a friend of mine has had very good luck with them.

    So with this purchase, there is supposed to be a 3 month free security monitoring. All I am supposed to do is enter the receipt code on the Arlo website. Well, when you buy on line, there is no 16 digit receipt code and no matter what combination of my order number I try to enter, I keep getting invalid code. It would be nice to actually be given something with this purchase to activate this "free" trial. Aside from that, this is our second set of Arlo cameras and we do like this system.

    I'm torn here Pros -Cameras look and work great -I have the solar panels and they seem to do the job although when it's cold, it says not charging so let's see how we do when it gets significantly colder. -Ease of setup Meh -Although the controls are easy to navigate, I wish it would allow better control of the alerts and notifications. Cons -IT EATS UP DATA!!! I've never exceeded data usage on my internet and now I've spent an additional 100 for the month. I need to play around with it but it seems like the only way to save is to put it on a schedule to arm/disarm. But kinda defeats the purpose of a camera. So in it's current state, the system with everything cost me around 800 since I bought this, one doorbell and solar and with the increase in Data usage, the amount I would have saved on hardwire, would have been significantly better... Just buy a Ring, Arlo, Nest doorbell and forget the cameras. IT WILL KILL YOUR DATA

    Image quality was good. Major issue is cannot connect to 5 ghz wifi. When tried 2.4 ghz only 2 cameras managed to connect and work. 3rd camera would not work at all. Spent a whole day trying to get working before giving up. 1 defective out of 3. Probably just unlucky but no more in store to exchange with.
