The 4K quality is superb and the battery life is fairly good for what it is. If you buy these, you’ll definitely feel more at ease in regards to potential thieves. With the 4K, you can easily see license plate numbers as well as a clear view of people’s faces

Great package deal, but Arlo needs to improve

The cameras have some lag. Nothing that Best Buy is responsible for - totally on Arlo.

As first time home owners of an Arlo security system, we are just very impressed with the quality and ease of operation especially for non tech seniors like us! The value for the great sale price was an extra benefit as well. Great clarity with these cameras too. Couldn’t be happier!

This latest Ultra 2 spotlight 3 camera system only lasted 1 year with 2 of the cameras only capturing audio and not motion. Funny this is the audio is turned off! I've tried everything to fix the problem with each try ending the same - failure. The graphics too were not up to par for being 4K, but I'm not going to do into that because that is subjective. So I"m taking these back and losing my $89 for the 4-year warranty because of another defective product. Best Buy is making some easy money off me, they tell me that it's insurance for each incident, and I mention to them that it should be insurance for the 4 years that I"m paying for, but this is another story. I'm now going to try EUFY cameras, a friend of mine has had very good luck with them.
