The Arlo 4k is Decent camera for the price. The picture is clear and I have had no issues.

Great camera clarity and ability to set activity zones. Also let you know whether it is people vehicles or animals.

Great view of the surroundings. Took away all of my fear of someone around my house while sleeping. Plus they lit up and the light is very bright.

Great visuals both in daytime and night vision. Cannot get one camera to connect but currently working with Arlo to fix the issue. Great buy.

For the most part love it. The only thing that I am not happy with is that the hub constantly blinks orange meaning that the camera is out of range. I have 3 routers all around the house yet the one camera is "out of range" which is approximately 20' from the router and about 10' from a router. Camera keeps going offline. Not very productive. The other two camera that are further away seem to have no issues.

Great bundle of camera protection. Added the wired doorbell and Pro Floodlight. 5 devices on the one hub. Headed out on vacation with peace of mind. 4 devices hard-wired so no battery charging. One is on battery power, and has dropped very little with the activity it picks up. Overall, very pleased with the technology.

Battery runs out quickly do be prepared to use the ladder often or buy a $50 cable charger

Nice to not have to clime a ladder to charge the batteries or clean the lenses.

Like this Arlo Security System with Cameras! The only problem encountered initially was hooking it up to WiFi (since it was 5G). Was able to hook it up through a WiFi Extender (which is plugged into an outlet which will extend the range of a WiFi - purchased separately). Once it was connected to the WiFi Extender, it was then connected to the WiFi.

This is our 2nd Arlo camera system installation. Unfortunately one of the cameras in our first bundle malfunctioned and entire bundle had to go back. Warranty was good though and allowed us to upgrade to these spotlight cameras which are very impressive esp at night.

I am a current Arlo user and bought these as an upgrade. I am already a big fan and these amazing 4K cameras are no exception. The camera function is amazing and ease of use for the app only gets better. My only negative is that I can’t save 4K video without having a subscription.

Disappointed on the lack of items at the store. We had to go to El Paso to get the remaining cameras. Regarding mounting kits, the store sucks..sales associates are afraid to open up a box that the mounting kit is stored. I was unable to determine if the item would tie in\screw in with the camera...to avail it did not...also, Arlo charges for storage of videos...not to keen on that

Was a little hesitant on the distance they would cover. They cover a nice view and you can bring up the image clean and clear for being a distance away from the camers.

Delt with arlo for 5 years no issues at all! Love arlo!!!!

When it works it is a great system. The base station won't hold online. Have worked with the Geek Squad, and Arlo to fix this problem. No luck yet. One blames the other for the systems problem. Not done with Arlo yet. Customer service is oversea.

These cameras work great. Give you peace of mind that you can check the recording from your phone when not at home.
