I bought my system and stopped working after less than 2 years. I tried getting support from Arlo, nothing was resolved. You will never be able to talk to an actual person just robots.

Arlo is a good system

I did have problems with one of the camers and worked with Arlo to troubleshoot and gain a replacement. Other than that the sysem has performed quite well.

Before I decided on the Arlo system, I did plenty of research on what I wanted! This system is easy to use and setup. The app is easy to navigate and the camera's have a wide view. Battery life is good, advertised to last 6 months, been running for about two months with plenty of juice. It does have a monthly subscription, but priced very fair. Highly recommend this system!!!

One of the batteries no longer holds any charge longer than a few days. I tried to find a way to reach out to arlo, "After reviewing your account, it appears that you are not entitled to live agent support. However, you can utilize any of the self-support options available to you including this chat bot, the Arlo Community, and the Arlo support site where you can find how-to articles and videos." Since I'm not entitled to help, I'm going to return all my Arlo products and get Eufy.

The only negative had nothing to do with the equipment but drilling into the brick to install the camera attachment. We added the doorbell camera to this system as well.
