    disappointed in this camera system. the system is useless without a paid subscription. the trial subscription starts when you set up the new system. once the free trial subscription runs out the system is almost useless and worst yet the trial subscription last jus long enough to cause the return time to expire so you are stuck with a useless system with out paying Arlo's monthly subscription fee. Wish I would have not purchased Arlo cameras system.

    I hate that the one I installed on the driveway does not link up with the hub due to location of the hub so almost of times it’s offline

    Would no recommend there has to be a better option out there, sure the cameras are easy to set up and get running but its all down hill from there. I get constant "audio" alerts after I have disabled every audio setting and even the Mic. The detection is horribly inconsistent, the range on the cameras is a joke even with the smart hub, The hub is not far from any of the cameras and the signal is weak. Just trying to help out the next person, would no recommend, I wish I did not spend my money on this headache.

    The cameras are great. I would like the batteries to last a bit longer. For example, in high traffic areas the battery needs to be changed every 3 days.

    Huge Improvement Over Older Arlo System

    As a long-time user of a much older Arlo system, this new system is a huge improvement. Superb 4K resolution that makes license plates readable, very functional spotlight, excellent battery life between charges, and a dual-band hub with greater range and micro SD card capability for local video storage. I don't really use the audio capability, but another nice feature. I also like that the hub is compatible my older Arlo cameras.

    The cameras work great. They are a little pricey but they are 4K cameras and the pictures are very clear. Picks up audio from pretty far away too.

    Product is very good, detects movement by object and records as expected. Deleting recordings is cumbersome because instant has do be deleted individually.
